Went to this JB for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. Not again. They don't change their deep fryer oil often enough, so the fried food is very, very bitter. Not to mention how much more unhealthy it must be. I practically gagged after taking one bite of a taco. Now I can't get the taste out of my mouth. Disgusting. Trying to save a little money and ruining the food is a really stupid business decision!

As I was going to the drive thru at 1am, they put a cone right in front of me without explanation or apology. It said closed from 4am-5am but it was 1am.

I ordered a combo I add a jalapeno poppers to my order. I got home to find out that I was missing the straw my fries were raw and cold they were stuck together my meal had bun tomato and meat only, I spend close to 20 dollars. I don't think I'm coming back.

Spent way too long waiting for a pick up order when I finally got my order there was a burger missing.
The curly fries were absolutely disgusting , cold, hard and mixed with all other regular fries . As if they gave me the waste from the fry pan. I can’t believe a large fry is $4.89 and they serve you this garbage . Never going back to this location for a late night snack .
