Wanted the festive 8 peice theigh and drums that was $25.99 but was told that only comes in crispy (on their app you can get it either way). So I decided to get the 8 peice meal for $10 more which comes with the 2 breasts. I get home and they gave me all theigh and drums original recipe with no breasts!!! I called and they said I would have had to pay an additional $3 for the breast. This is in addition to the $10 that i had already over payed. I asked for Jennifers supervisors name and she refused to give it to me. This little girl needs to be fired.

Im sorry but i waited 25 minutes after they knew i was there for a order that mind you was supposed to be ready prior. Waited the 25 minutes then after they barely tell me they are out of bread. Apologies but please tell the customers next time because there was atleast 5 other people behind me waiting long times as well.

Not fulfilling orders in sequence is unacceptable. Delivery drivers who arrived earlier are forced to wait more than ten minutes, while later customers get their orders first. Wasting other people’s time like this is shameful behavior.

Once again. I can't stand junk food. Especially seed oil fried stuff and nasty corporate chicken that comes from the worst farms on earth. But hey, i got kids and they always let the devil convince me through them to sin sometimes. So here we go. Service at this place was super fun and nothing but smiles. Too bad I forgot the name but she was the best at the drive through window. I tried skeptically that new creme soda the girl at the window recommended and OMG, it was sooooo good. The chicken as always dripping nasty oil all over but it actually tasted good. My stomach of course did not like it and paid me back shortly after with a Niagra Falls kinda experience as if a biblical flood hit the above rivers. Yeah, glad I have a bidet... for those of you that don't have a clean bottom....a Bidet is a toilet seat with shower for both bottom parts with dryer and all. Google it... fantastic device to have. Anyhow, where was i.... oh yeah, Niagara falls. Well, let's move on. The mashed potatoes where like a cheap version of those boxed ready to eat kinda once out of a box and the gravy like a substance that exited my bottom mentioned above... ok, ok...it wasnt that bad. It's just so hard for me to deal with the corporate food that literally kills the american nation and the way Animals are treated and all. Bottom line.... service is absolutely worth coming to this place. To the average American that eats at these kind of establishments this kind of food should taste pretty good. That creme soda is to die for. Overall, I would come back here.... service and orange creme soda are worth it. Or if I need a good colon cleanse....

The problem with this place is they are always out if chicken. Don't go within 2 hours of closing as they stop making chicken and never have any. Today we went around 5:30 and once again they claimed to be out of original chicken.. this was after we ordered in the drive through and sat in line for over 15 minutes. This is a chicken place, how on earth it's always out of chhicken is beyond me? Out of the last 5 times Ice tried to get food here, they only had chicken once. Whomever is in charge of this is failing miserably.
Worst service. The cashier said couple mins and took more than 30 minutes to get my order on the parking lot. Never coming back definitely.

This is the first time at this KFC in Cathedral City and it was very strange because there was no one to take your order there was a place to order up at the front but it didn't have everything on the system. Finally I got someone to come over from the window she took my order and I went to get a drink and the machine was not on so they turn it on and I get the drink for myself and my friend and then they turn the machine off again and they do this because they have some homeless people that walk in and try to get free drinks. The atmosphere is terrible there is nobody walking around making sure that things are clean or or tables cleaned up.

It's nice that you advertise that you're open until 11:00 but you pick and choose what you want to serve. Went through the drive-thru only to be told no more fillets you don't seem to advertise based on availability

Place a pick up order at 9:15(they close at 10pm) was able to pay for order online and it was even confirmed. Upon arrival they proceeded to tell me they have no chicken and I need to figure out my own way to get my refund by calling some number??? So your telling me you Proceeded to take my money made me drive out my way for no food and now I need to figure out how to get my own refund??? This is complete ridiculous, my refund should have been automatically refunded as I order on your kfc site for a pick up ordered!!!
