On Mar 26, I ordered a Hawaiian pizza. After getting home I realized that the toppings seemed skimpy, which included that the toppings, for most of the pizza, did not go to the edge as they advertize on tv. In some areas there was a 2” space. I made a complaint on their website asking for a call. To this day, no call, nada. I suggest that anyone picking up a pizza, check it there and make them fix it before leaving their store. @littlecaesars #littlecaesars
I always order from little ceasers for my kids and today i got horrible customer service after they gave me the wrong pizza. We ordered a pepperoni 6 $ pizza and when we opened it once we got home it was an old cheese pizza. We waited 20 minutes after the told us it would take 15. That wasn't an issue, the issue was when I called over the phone and spoke to an employee there by the name Emilio, he was rude and refused to let me speak to the shift leader since there was no supervisor...read full review
