The owner here has no idea how a business should be ran. When asked for help he acts as if he doesn't understand English. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful.

Talk to a manager about why no napkins nothing to stir your coffee and your medium fries less than halfway full they said cause corporate don’t allowed to give these items unless you ask for them, but it’s common sense if you have coffee and sugar and cream on the side, give them something to stir it with if You order food at least give A couple pieces of napkins another thing I learned today if you ask for a drink, they won’t give you a straw either unless you ask for it this is exactly what manager told me because it comes from corporation upper Bosses

Update... this location has the worst curbside service how do you place a order in advance and arrive to still have to wait another 25 minutes for the order. RIDICULOUS They have a manager by the name of Sylvia who has the worst customer service. What kind of manager calls a customer a liar and hangs up on them. They have employees that have better customer service than their so called manager. If Sylvia don't have patience and respect for customers then she shouldn't be a manager. I will be contacting the corporate office!

I have been at this location many times. Had good and bad experiences but today Fernanda went above and beyond. Her service was excellent even tho she was the only one at the front and even doing curbside orders. Having a little girl who is obsessed with Pokémon I decided to go and get her a Pokémon happy meal. I want to let management know that based on this experience with Fernanda today I will be coming back for sure. She made my day but most importantly my little girl. Thank you!

I am beyond disgusted with my recent experience at McDonald’s. I ordered a Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger , and to my horror, I discovered wax paper in my burger! Not just a little piece—there were chunks of it, and I even bit into and possibly swallowed some before realizing what was happening.

This is completely unacceptable. How does something like this even happen? It shows a complete lack of care or attention to detail in food preparation. I’ve attached photos to this review to show exactly what I found—this is not something anyone should ever have to deal with at a fast-food restaurant.

I will never return to this McDonald’s. This incident has completely ruined my trust in their ability to serve safe and properly prepared food.

Id give zero stars if i could!

They never have any apple pies available! We waited about 15 min on the drive throught only to be told there’s none available! This is the third time this happends, we thought it was just bad timing but yeah 3rd time is a strike. You guys lost me as a customer.

The setup of this location leaves much to be desired. With no drink machines or condiments accessible to customers, the service becomes noticeably slower. Additionally, some food items were forgotten with my order, which added to the frustration. While the food itself tasted fine, the overall experience was disappointing due to the inefficiencies.

Avoid this location if possible, their wait times are always ridiculously long either from just being slow at what they do or understaffing (take your pick). You’ll also have to double check your order NO MATTER what you order. Good Luck.
