I can’t comment on the food because I just drove all the way over here to go to this McDonald’s watch the car pull out of the drive-through as I pulled up all the lights are on everything is on like it’s open pull up to order and the lady informed me that they are not open. I’m like what she said yeah we’re not open I’m like OK how come I just saw Car leave and then she just keeps repeating that it’s closed. This isn’t the first time this is has happened in the last week. I’m just curious if this is a common thing where they just close when they feel like it. All the lights are on. There’s about seven cars that seem like employees. I’m just curious really kind of irritating literally drove all the way over here. There are actually cones where they’re supposed to block the driveway not allow someone to keep driving in and I literally watched someone drive away as I pulled up and then to tell me they are actually closed when I asked her about the car leaving and the lights and everything being on. She just kept repeating that they were closed so instead of taking my order which would’ve been a Coke a chicken sandwich and a fry you’re literally gonna turn me away after I drove all the way over here and then to see somebody sitting there in the window.I usually don’t do this, but I’m so irritated at 3:45 in the morning. I got up because I was hungry and drove over here.

Every time I been to this McDonald's they make a mistake on my order. They don't seem to like it when when you let them
I don’t want to go crazy here as it is just a McDonald’s. I’ve been here twice and both times it was because the other McDonald’s closer to me didn’t have shakes available. So this location came through for me both times. The shakes were as they were supposed to be and the service was quick. Both times employee were pleasant to deal with. About all I can say here.Kid-friendliness: It’s McDonald’s so like crack for kids.

Absolutely the most well run and cleanest McDonald's I've ever visited. Food is fresh and hot and delivered promptly. What impresses me most is the staff. Smiling and friendly people who, along with their equally friendly and ever-present manager, welcome you as you enter and make you feel like you're a friend instead of just another customer. I live closer to another McDonald's but drive a bit further to eat at this location.

It now takes 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru I personally know people who have applied for this job and they do not get hired and I don't understand why you have to wait for the HR to decide to send somebody in for an interview they really lack in customer by the time you get your French fries they are cold... HR you need to hire more people at desert Hot springs McDonald's

11 months later, this is still a complete disaster. 20 minutes for 2 burgers? Could have bought raw beef from the grocery, cooked and ate it. How does the owner of this place allow this to be the worst McDonald's in the area?! This continues to be the world's worst McDonald's. I'm not sure if the owner is terrible or if management needs to be tossed in the dumpster? Whatever has been wrong with this place for the past 5 years needs to be addressed

Never again I work night shift about 4 min from this location first time I visit I thought maybe crew was having a bad night. I end up going last weekend again . Give it another try. I must say the customer service is the worst my order was wrong food was cold again and the young guy that was there at night time was super rude . And it was Saturday night why is food cold in a busy night. Night crew needs training.

Slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. It’s always 15+ mins in the drive through with 3 or 4 cars. You can sit at the order screen for 5 minutes before someone will take your order. It’s consistently slow here. I always regret my decision to stop here.

The worst.... We are stuck drive thru line for the last 30 minutes. Apparently there is only one employee running the whole store. WTF. I can't get out of line and I used the app so I will loose my money if I do. So here we wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. Don't go here ever! The franchise owner should be fired by McDonald's. Yes you franchise owner. What the heck. I'm still waiting and waiting and waiting. Can't review the food because I haven't gotten any yet. We stopped at the drive-in at 1016 and it is now 1046 and still waiting. I wonder if I will have to sleep here in this line? Oops my car just ran out of battery. I am now on gas... waiting. Just got our drinks and it is 1048. No food yet. We are still waiting. The employee is making excuses about not having anyone. Why don't they close the store for the night and give me back my time. OBTW still no food. Well now they told us to move into space one why they cooked our food. It's 1053. 1058, ...1100. Still no food 1103. 1106 no food. Finally got out food at 1108, This has been the worst McDonalds experience of our lives. Close this store and bulldoze it into the ground.

CHECK YOUR FOOD! Got this sorry excuse for a chicken sandwich with old lettuce. Called the store, and the Manager Melissa could care less about the quality of the food. This place is going down hill Fast. Did nothing to make it better. Told me I could call back later. TASTED HORRIBLE!
