Finally! I found a McDonald's branch that made my fillet o fish very good. The sauce and cheese is the middle. Just perfect! Wish all branches serve food like this not just sloppy sandwich.

Since when is a fish filet recipe (as the clerk said) only use barely 1/2 slice cheese? Is mMcDonald’s suffering lack of funds. Palm Springs no less No wonder only a 3.8 rating. Will post TripAdvisor and yelp. I’m a food supervisor for nationwide company and at 9.00 plus for sandwich is unacceptable. 25.00 plus. 2 fish 1 cheeseburger 2 fries 1 drink. AND 1/2 slice cheese

To the lady who was UNPROFESSIONAL and intentionally embarrassed her coworker at the register today. I don’t know how you became a manager because you spoke at that woman as if she was a child, your voice and tone was elevated at a level that made you feel superior. This is NOT how you speak to someone infront of customers. That conversation was intended for privacy, you violated that. I hope she finds another job that’s better at pay and professionalism and doesn’t belittle her.
Terrible! Dont bother! I sat in the drive thru lane for over 15 minutes to get my food. No apologies for The delay.

There was NO ONE behind us in the drive-through and they asked us to go wait for our order in a spot out front. After what seemed like forever, we got our food. Two of our drinks were wrong.

11/23/25: I was a bit disappointed this morning when I actually drove to McDonald’s to order my bagel sandwich and they told me they don’t have them anymore. (Also the day before I had asked for salsas and instead I got a handful of ketchup packets when I didn’t ask for them. And my orange juice lid wasn’t secured and it leaked all over my car) So later when I ordered through Uber Eats, my items came up as available at the same location. Not very good customer service when I have to use an app to get the same thing instead of me being there in person. Very disappointed that I had to go through the trouble to get my order through a delivery app.
