To the lady who was UNPROFESSIONAL and intentionally embarrassed her coworker at the register today. I don’t know how you became a manager because you spoke at that woman as if she was a child, your voice and tone was elevated at a level that made you feel superior. This is NOT how you speak to someone infront of customers. That conversation was intended for privacy, you violated that. I hope she finds another job that’s better at pay and professionalism and doesn’t belittle her.

There was NO ONE behind us in the drive-through and they asked us to go wait for our order in a spot out front. After what seemed like forever, we got our food. Two of our drinks were wrong.

11/23/25: I was a bit disappointed this morning when I actually drove to McDonald’s to order my bagel sandwich and they told me they don’t have them anymore. (Also the day before I had asked for salsas and instead I got a handful of ketchup packets when I didn’t ask for them. And my orange juice lid wasn’t secured and it leaked all over my car) So later when I ordered through Uber Eats, my items came up as available at the same location. Not very good customer service when I have to use an app to get the same thing instead of me being there in person. Very disappointed that I had to go through the trouble to get my order through a delivery app.

You have to drive around the parking lot. In order to exit to get on the freeway. But it's a mcdonald's quick, fast food and pleasant people
Bella the morning manager has the attitude of the Catch me outside Girl. Being ripped off by the manager when it comes to food seem s to be an ongoing issue here . People missing food on their orders only to realize once they got home . Manager seems to love dealing with making people come back for their hard earned food . I wouldn't make such an issue but the food is expensive and to not receive your complete order is just not okay.
