Not enough words to say how wonderful this place is. A Marilyn Monroe shrine . It's always buzzing with the locals that know how to find it the tourists that stumble into it. The portions are plenty big for 2, or for a big hungry person. It's all homemade, so get ready for an explosion of flavors in your mouth. I don't need to go into the menu options, it's all wonderful.

This is always been I go to place for breakfast and lunch, but now that Alberto has bought it, it is even better. Many of his family members are there and I urge you to support him. Great soups. Great sandwiches. And the normal good breakfast. And don't forget the biscuits and gravy.

The food was good. The service was good but being asked to leave when we were finishing our coffee was quite disappointing. The restaurant had several empty tables so we were very surprised. We have been going there for several years so we're disappointed being treated so poorly. Thank you.

Went to a Sunday brunch on vacation. Had a party of 8 and had to wait about 15 minutes. Service was great and the food was decent. I had the French dip Sandwich and just wished for more taste. Can't complain otherwise! Busser and servers were constantly filling up my coffee/waters.
I had not been in Michael's for at least a year I took a friend from out of town there and we had a luncheon breakfast. I had a spinach cheese and mushroom omelette with what they called home fries which were just little cubes of I guess potato with no onions, or anything else at all, they were awful, and the sandwich had frozen Spinach in it which tasted like hay. It was awful. My friend had a pastrami sandwich that had nothing on it. It was completely dry and awful quality seems to have really gone to hell I would rather pay more at the Best restaurant in Cathedral City, which is not there, then to go back there againto taste their horrible food I will gladly give my name is Carl Alves I give it 1 star !

We pulled up and noticed a prominently displayed sign in the window “WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE WE CHOOSE.” That was a turn off. (I didn’t go in to eat so disregard the ratings.)
