You know, you can always tell when a restaurant uses fresh ingredients and pride in the food they prepare for you. Monarca checks all the boxes! What a wonderful place! I highly recommend taking your family and friends for a delightful and delicious meal here. Their service is top shelf while the atmosphere is very inviting for fun and especially to watch a game or fight on their big screen. The food is amazing, tasty, and fantastic. Many note the homemade chips and salsa, calling the salsa the best ever. Menu highlights include tacos, which are amazing and on the bigger side, specifically the birra tacos. The chilaquiles, especially the Chilaquiles Verdes, are repeatedly praised, often with eggs or the added ribeye steak. Flautos are also mentioned. An array of salsas complements the dishes, with the green salsa being a favorite. Desserts are a standout with fantastic flan and fresh handmade churros with caramel sauce described as best in class.
