First time here and wow I was absolutely blown away. Super tasty and good quality. I can’t wait to go back.

Went in for a date shake, but then I eyed all the Dole soft serve and decided for a smorgasbord of flavors in a bowl.. My friend did get the date shake and a chocolate soft serve. Yummy 😋

Vegan date shake made with whole dates, coconut milk, and coconut ice cream. Super sweet so beware. It is good though. Guy was super nice.

Great experience. The employee was super friendly, the monster shakes are HUGE!! Defiant 2-3 people can share one. We got 2 shakes and they were yummy! Not too sweet, lots of whipped cream and the toppings were insane! Will come back for sure, a great spot to bring the kids for an over the top treat. The Dole soft serve sorbets were delicious too !

Loved my Date Shake

I love that they stock so many vegan options—I've never seen so much dairy-free soft serve! I got the date shake and it was delightfully creamy and studded with dates, of course. Size and price were reasonable too. Would be great to promote them more on the online order form; I had to call and ask to find out.

Why not four stars, you ask? The interior of the store and bathroom were not very clean. The sign out front is beige-on-beige: hard to read! The side door was locked in the middle of the day with no sign.

Very good products. The shakes are excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Didn't have any flavors that I was interested in so I went to make a sorbet but after seeing the ingredients were just a bunch of gums and all the toppings were mostly old fruit and artificialy flavored boba, I changed my mind. I told the person there I didn't want it and changed my mind about it, he told me I had to pay for it (I didn't take a single bite) since I'm not cruel I payed for it but I won't come back again. Maybe ok if you just want cheap basic ice cream.

Awful customer service and was disrespectful

Came by for some protein smoothies after the gym since my usual place is getting really expensive lol, my goodness we’re these smoothies delicious! Anthony was our smoothie maker today and he did an awesome job! Definitely recommend It’s a really nice and spacious place with many different options from soft serve to ultra premium ice cream!

Never disappoints!!

Friday 3/7/25. Horrible customer service. Rude. Argumentative. Disrespectful. Local here, with visiting family. Checked website for hours. Showed on several web locations open until 10:00 pm. Arrived at 9:05 pm. Both owners were there. Made special request, they were unable to do. Placed other large order items . They made the items. We sat down to eat the purchased items. At 9:30 one owner announced out loud it was 9:30 and they were closing. We thought it was like a last call type of announcement and continued eating. 5 minutes go by and he announced again it was 9:30 and we had to leave. They were closing. We said we thought they were open until 10, and we were not finished yet. He said they adjusted the time, what ever that means. He continues:”we have been here since 10 am” “we have a home to get to” “other places close at 8 pm”. He repeated we needed to get out. There was other customers, one in a walker, who just spent $60 and sat down to eat their item, and they had to leave as well. Owner was very willing to take money but not allow us or others to finish what was purchased. Never mentioned they were closing soon and we should get items to go. WILL NEVER RETURN AND NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. WILL GLADLY TELL AT LEAST 10 PEOPLE ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Me and my kids love this place!! The owner is so sweet and kind and treats our family like royalty. I love this place it’s perfect for a cold treat in the summer or after the movies at Mary Pickford. I highly recommend getting your sugar high on here!

Fantastic shop. We came on a day that they were VERY busy. Now I know why. The service was great. The customers were very cheerful. The whole experience was Joyful.
I had the "Espresso Yourself" 😋 I'm a coffee lover and it was delicious.
I highly recommend Monster Shakes. I will certainly be back. 😊
