Itās hard not to feel instantly at ease when heās around. The entire staffāfrom the servers to the chefsāgo above and beyond. Theyāre attentive without being overbearing, friendly without being forced, and they genuinely care about your experience. Itās rare to find that kind of consistency and heart in a restaurant, but Otori delivers every time.
The sushi? Absolutely outstanding. Always fresh, always flavorful, and plated with precision and beauty. But what truly sets Otori apart is how personal the experience feels. Recently, the chef surprised me with something incredibly specialātuna bone marrowāa delicacy I hadnāt had in years and honestly never thought Iād be able to try again. The fact that he remembered and went out of his way to make it happen meant the world to me. That kind of attention to detail and commitment to their guests is what keeps us coming back week after week.
And the dish itself? Mind-blowing. The flavor was rich, buttery, and delicate all at onceāsomething only a skilled chef can truly execute well. Beyond the taste, tuna bone marrow is highly nutritious, packed with omega-3 fatty acids, collagen, and essential vitamins and minerals that promote brain function, heart health, and support skin and joint health. FABULOUS! Worth the wait and the wait is never long anyway. Has to be the best sushi in the Valley!! Some of the best weāve had and were from Seattle. The rolls were so unique. The one topped with red onion blew our mind! How come we donāt see that elsewhere, it was so flavorful and gave a lil crunch.
We put our names on the list via a QR code outside but you could go inside and put your name in too. There was lots of people waiting when we drove up but the wait was less than 20 min. Will def go back, in fact canāt wait. Baja Salmon, Otori, Monster, Rollercoaster Rolls were dope and play well together.
2nd Visit: even better!! The decor and service is impeccable and there was no wait at all in late June on a Thursday night. Albacore and tuna sushi was dope. Spicy garlic edamame and miso soup are impeccable. We had the Baja Fresh, Monster, Rainbow, Romance rolls and they were PERFECT compliments to each other.

This restaurant is very clean the food is outstanding. I got the dragon roll and the Gyoza dumpling. I'm used to having the dumpling with the more sweet dipping sauce but they're dipping sauce was still okay. Angelica was awesome and very attentive to everything I needed. She was very nice and well organized. I would definitely come here again if I'm passing through.

i could be found in the desert. Boy was I wrong. This is hands down one of the best sushi restaurants I've been to and the price was reasonable. If you're hesitant just give it a try. Expect a bit of a wait. We went on a Tuesday evening and the place was packed but had no more than a 12 minute wait.
