This place is good only if you get off and eat inside. Other then that don't trust going thru drive thru.. im not big not big on leaving reviews but it's everytime I come thru the drive thru and it's poor service.

It seems like every time I order DoorDash the employees put in zero effort. Online does not give options for sauce, but if I’m ordering teriyaki chicken or an egg roll you would think they will put the sauce in it . I DID NOT order plain chicken so where is my teriyaki sauce??? Egg roll sauce? Also I asked for napkins and utensils and received nothing. Thanks for nothing Panda

They got my order wrong. It was correct on the screen when I ordered through drive thru but when I got home they gave me all chow mein instead of half chow mein half greens. Very disappointed.

Workers who are lazy and unhappy with life and have absolutely no hustle or integrity. They ask me if I want to donate and round up my total. And I say no thank you, and the lady goes “are you sure? You should do it, it’s for charity”. Little does this lady know charity’s in America are the biggest scams and money grabbers so no I don’t want to pay more money to corrupt charities. We are already paying insanely high taxes and food prices so not I’m sorry I don’t want to donate and after a person declined they should not try and shame people for saying no. Also I asked for a cup of ice water, I get a cup with no ice in it at all, I ask generously for a cup full of ice, and she rolls her eyes and me and gives me a cup with like 4 pieces of ice in it. My advice to the people working the drive thru is just stay home and go on unemployment, if you don’t want to work, don’t come work and ruin everyone else’s day and im paying 15 bucks for my meal and I got no drink, the least you can do is fill a cup up with ice and water.

I been going to this place since they open the girls in the drive through most of the time are rude.Well last week l bought 4 plates I paid almost $50 including the donation they ask.When I got home I notice the food portions were very small ,ridiculous Smaller than usual.I when back and ask to either add more food or refund my money.This food portions are ridiculous small for the price they charge us consumers.I talk to the manager and he was nice so he gave me extra portions he knew that the portions were too small.My recommendation is to check your food before you leave this place or go to the other Panda Express on Ramon and Gene Autry.

Ordered food this all I got. Went all the way home to have to return back because all I got was noodles. That’s crazy. Never coming back. There’s like 12 employees yet you have 6 people huddled up for pick up orders who weren’t even attended to or helped.

Tell me why with the years people care to be rude and it’s okay with managements . I went Saturday after 4 and there’s no one in line just a few cars in the drive thru so I’m pretty excited to get in and get out … I walk in and there’s more then like 12 employees and I’m there a few minutes and no one greets me and employees are talking with each other and I’m like really? Finally,, he comes in Michelle to say hi and help me . She is amazing cuz she was the only one who actually acknowledged me and helped me out. She needs a raise cuz she knows the meaning of customer service … you need to retrain your employees :)

Food was fresh and hot and tasty. The place just looks like any fast food restaurant. It was crowded but staff was apologetic when some of the entrees ran out and they were busy my asking more. Wait time was only about 5 min.
