He decided to tell me he’s super busy and has orders on his screen he needs to worry about. So a nice slap to the face about me getting RAW! Chicken in my melt. And guess what no refund they don’t do that. So I paid to get RAW chicken sold to me AND be told IM SUPER BUSY like I wasn’t a customer who got RAW food from them! MICHAEL, maybe if you don’t like your job or you’re a bit unhappy don’t let it out on people who you’re giving RAW food to, And find the time and patience’s to deal with your customers especially when one has consumed RAW chicken! And has been throwing up from the taste of RAW CHICKEN.

My family waited almost three hours for our order. The app didn't allow us to change the phone number so we called you guys to inform that the number wasn't valid anymore and gave the phone number we were calling with- She said she was gonna let the driver know but she never did. Finally we decided to go to that location just for the manager "Antonio" to blame us for "our mistake". Thankfully they made the food fresh but it wasn't worth the wait and money.

Spoke to the manager Antonio. For the record, He was understanding and wanted to actually help. Santiago, this locations GM. Tied Antonio’s hands from being able to help me. Dear Santiago, We’ve gone years without going to Pizza Hut. And will definitely go years more after how you handled our issue. Tonight we got a very undesirable order delivered to us which made us regret the leap of faith we took by trying this location. Ex. Fatty chicken that had more breading than “chicken”. Sitting in a puddle of sauce making them overly soggy. We had to air fry them which defeated the purpose of takeout in the first place, and still couldn’t eat them due to the quality. Super wet and soggy cinnasticks. I guess saying Light sauce for pizza to this location meant “no sauce”. Pizza tasted off, possibly spoiled cheese or something, not sure but nobody could eat it without having to spit our bites out. Once we finally connected with the restaurant via phone, Antonio seemed concerned, but we were told we can only receive store credit. My issue with this is as follows - if a customer had this bad of an experience, trust and believe we want our MONEY back. We budget our dinner precisely, and gave you a shot that you blew. By not giving me my money back, you’ve taken dinner away from me and my kids mouths tonight. I have the right to get my refund and go get food elsewhere, it is not up to Pizza Hut to decide this for my family. It is diabolical to hear a general manager after hearing how bad a customers experience was, have the audacity to only offer store credit when it’s a known fact we aren’t coming back, and that credit WILL be wasted.

The customer service was so rude and slow for the worst service! I won't go to this store anymore! Domino's Pizza was much better!!
Happy with the service and the delicious pizza I take home! I always order online for the points to get me a free dessert or even pizza. My pizza is always hot, crispy, and cheesy. Thank you to the great staff, their hard work is appreciated.

I picked up my order and once home I noticed there was a mistake, a missing ingredient which is charged extra of course. The male employee that answered asked the cook and they denied making the mistake (calling me a liar) then I was asked to bring in the pizza if I wanted it remade. My family was hungry and already eating so I wasn't going to make them wait longer to eat just to prove that I wasn't lying. I asked for a number or email instead to send a picture of the pizza just to demonstrate that infact the cook did make a mistake.

The pizza we received last night was clearly pre-made and possibly frozen since it was a literal perfect circle, and was overcooked to where it was dry and tough.
