If you want the most delicious brisket you need to try Smoky Lips in Indio/Cathedral City. I went to the Barrel, Bites, and Beer Fest in Banning and got a brisket slider that was to die for. The brisket slider on a soft bun with a dill pickle slide was so tender, flavorful, and paired with one of the best potato salads I've ever tasted. I can't wait to try their other products!
I recently hosted a dinner party to celebrate the milestone birthday of my friend, Barbara … and by milestone, this birthday was 75 stone … plus a few extra miles. So, Barbara says to me, she says, “I hear Smokey Lips Bar-B-Que is really good” and, of course, that meant “I want Smokey Lips for my birthday, and I want you to host a dinner party for 10 friends!”. I knew exactly what she meant … and who am I to deny a 75-plus-year-old friend a wish on her birthday?...
