I went there a few days ago and decided not to get anything there. They were short staffed yet needed no help. I had to wait for the bathroom while they let someone else use it. They used the buns rack with buns on it to hold bathroom doors open.

Maybe winter is not a good time to eat in the car. My husband's first time here, he wasn't impressed by the burgers or fries. I ordered a loaded meat breakfast burrito and it was good but not great. The tater tots were nothing special. On top of this, I bit into something that I was allergic to, the inside of my left cheek felt weird, it's actually the first time that had ever happened. I probably will not be eating here without allergy pill or hand.

I went thru drive thru this morning. Ask for no onions on burger. Recieved 1/2 tub of tater tots after expressing concern of a 1/2 tub uf tots on last visit. Then they also shorted me my grilled cheese sandwich.
This place was great, going down hill.

We got our food fairly fast . They didn't give enough condiments,and when I asked for more, a smart ass gave us both hands full . then i ended up ordering groovy fries & they totally forgot the sauce, never eating here again

I'm 2 for 2 on bad experience at Sonic. No sauces offered or given, staff was less than happy to help and the food looked and tasted like day old. Many more places to choose, there won't be a 3rd try.

I went by here to get a coffee and some food for the kids at night before driving home. The drive thru didn't have a functioning intercom so the workers voice was going in and out, and I was left yelling my order
I asked for coffee, fries and small shake and when I pulled up they had decided that what I really wanted was cold brew coffee, fries and LARGE shake. $17. Is this some weird upcharge scheme for Tesla drivers?
I'm tired and just want to get home so I pay and wait. That's when the worker asks, 'wait did you want a regular coffee instead?' LOL what? "Just give me what I paid for." not something that costs less.
What's with this place. Fix the intercom to start with.

You can never go wrong with this Sonic Drive In. Their food is on point, drinks (slushes, flavored sodas, shakes) all excellent. Order ahead on the app and drinks are always half price. Staff is always friendly, and prompt with your order. I would recommend this place!!
