Have to say Mel is the best . she is so nice, service minded and very much in control, when it's busy . we absolutely love her so please dont ever let her leave this location . lolI will give her not 5 start but 100 , however , I gave 4 starts because there is a supervisor there who is grumpy most the time so its a bad energy there when she is working .love start bucks . S

This is my favorite Starbucks and it's closest to my work, and my bf and I go there daily. The staff is friendly as they can be, and always make sure our drinks are made right. This place has a chill vibe and a good overall atmosphere, and it's in a good location by Target, the smoke shop, and right down the road from Mary Pickford movie theater. This is definitely the location to order from if you want your order made right, and on time. Thanks guys, see you tomorrow.PS*BRING BACK PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE!!*That's literally my only drink I love: venti pumpkin spice latte made with almond milk and a splash of vanilla sweet cream - it will change your life! C'mon Starbucks!!Parking: It's a large shopping area so there's plenty of parking, Target is across from it.Kid-friendliness: There's very few tables and nothing for kids to do, so wouldn't say it's very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp.

Came here twice in the last two days while on our vacation. We had the pleasure of being helped on day one by Mel and two be Kev, all I can say is excellent and amazing thanks!
We got Starbucks here everyday during our vacation to Palm Springs. The service was always nice, the drinks were really good and consistent quality every time.

The ladies here and a gentleman are simply wonderful.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the side of the drive thru but, other than that it's acceptable. ? ????
Great place to grab a quick bite or your favorite Starbucks beverage. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. They are always working tirelessly. It's a busy Starbucks especially since it sits outside on the opposite side of the large parking lot of the only Target store and only Trader Joe's for miles.Comfortable enough indoors with plenty of seating including a nice communal table in front.Restroom is clean.There are always boxes of inventory stacked neatly up against the wall between the main area and the restroom.That long corridor just seems like a waste of prime space.Maybe give this store a remodel and give them some much needed storage space and a better layout of their workspace.I guess that's why I would say it's not a Starbucks to go and spend much time indoors at. This is definitely the grab and go type. Not that there's anything wrong with that.Lots of free parking.No outdoor seating.Busy drive-through.Great staff.Very clean.My beverages and food have always been great and exactly what I ordered.Parking: Huge free parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Ramp at sidewalk. Accessible seating inside.

Came to get a drink before my daughter's performance, ordered online and we had never done the drive thru pick up. So we go in the drive. Pass the speaker and ask at the window "sorry. We don't know the procedure, are we supposed to inform you at the speaker?" One young lady said yes and gives us our stuff and we ask for a water. The other person pours the water and RUDELY says "this is why you alert us at the speaker." After we clearly said we didn't know the procedure. There was no need for that comment. We do not know your company's rules. Better customer service is expected when we pay so much for these items
