Our drink orders got lost in the system? By the time we got our drinks our sandwiches were cold and soggy. Maybe they are training new people.

Every single time we come to this Starbucks within the last 3 months it has been absolutely horrible of an experience. We always Mobile Order and it seems as if it takes longer doing that than at the actual window. They ask you the exact amount of items you have, then ask specifically what you ordered (I'm assuming they do this to but themselves time) and then when you get up to the window nothing is ready. Im tired of wasting my time and reiterating everything on the order they have all the details for. This is the only location with this problem.

Ive been coming here on rare occasions but I recently had a great experience at the Drive thru. There was a misunderstanding with my order through the microphone but the staff were able to find a solution to make my day better. I also tried the bacon & egg bites for the first time and they were amazing!

Location has improved significantly since Ally became manager. Drive thru doesn’t take so long like it used to. Love the efficiency. Ramona is great. She has a great attitude and is very sweet.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The staff were dismissive from the moment I walked in and kept giving me the runaround instead of just helping me with my order. Three different baristas told me three different things about my order, and no one seemed to be on the same page. When they made my drink, they used the wrong milk — even though I clearly told them I’m allergic. What made it worse is that they did it right in front of me and didn’t seem to care when I pointed it out. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location really needs to work on communication, customer service, and paying attention to dietary needs.

Where I live, I live right in the middle and can go to two different Starbucks, but I always choose this one. Everyone is always so nice and so helpful always giving me suggestions and wishing me a great day and writing cute inspirational quotes on my cups you guys are definitely doing a great job and a great at what you do thank you :)

I'm sorry to say, but I will never get Starbucks coffee again. I used to go to Starbucks like every other day, but the coffee is so bad now & overpriced I just can't do it. I know many other people agree with me.
One Starbucks I used to go to removed all the seats inside & tables .in 115° how stupid can a coffee place get!? Wow!

It’s no surprise that this store struggles with poor and common sense customer service. Various employees here honestly, in my opinion, continue to hurt the Starbucks brand. Now I know the store manager here is wonderful and woks very hard with staff however, some staff that doesn’t get basic 101’s in decision making and/or policy and application, etc., should not continue to work here. There is no doubt that various employees have a power trip and or just want to win, they may struggle elsewhere in life on that front so they apply it to everyday and repeat customers. Unfortunately, after three incidents that scream and point to the greater issue a review must be left. This coming from a prior customer/client service champion, and leader at a prior billion dollar org. that I departed. Not to toot my horn but I created the dept from scratch and once again employees here continue to recite and make the wrong choice. That’s ok as it will he another coffee shops win today and possibly soon for good. I will be speaking with management and it’s unfortunate that some folks here literally aim to get their way before even taking someone’s order (prior to applying thought). It’s quite unfortunate especially when you spend 4 digits in expense to Starbucks every year. No wonder this store continues to suffer in ratings for CS.
