Terrible service I didn't get a greeting coming in and when I ordered my iced coffee I wasn't asked if I needed cream or sugar and they didn't even say my name to let me know my iced coffee is ready. Never coming back again.

In the morning they have such a lovely and lively working staff. This is what Starbucks should be. Talkative and Lively group of Bsrristas.
I will be coming here instead of the other place from now on
Moody Counter person had an attitude. I gave specific instructions for a double cup because I need to pour from cup into cup with cream. No double cup for my tea or my coffee from $6 pairings menu. He took no notes down from my dialogue with him. Got it wrong! Get in car and coffee had drained out of leaky cup onto my carpet, soaking tray. Did not want to give cream for coffee. Again, no double cup to prevent this. Won't return to this location. Very angry. Friends will be told about this. He needs to take his attitude and go. Speak to this moody man. My order.today# 727470 Pairings menu, Bacon Egg breakfast sandwich and Pikes coffee. Royal English tea and Pineapple Cloud. .
