My go to starbucks only. This one condescending male employee i asked no ice and my drink was a quarter way full when i got there i had asked why and the guy employee was talking to me as if i was stupid and expected me to take it like that. Never had this happen at this Starbucks before with this order. i asked for more milk and just light ice even tho i explained im anemic and pregnant so i dont do good with a lot of ice hence why. He seemed irritated i asked for more milk. Cant do my order correctly but expects me not to complain. Ur making ur own job harder. I hope he quits or gets fired ruined my mood because im not the type to want to make an issue. This is my go to starbucks area

Im not sure what the problem is but every time I go to this location in the mornings the staff is either highstrung and rude or completely void of positive emotions. Idk her name but something like jasmine, shes awfully rude.. I've seen the others snap and belittle a barista who seemed a bit older.. how horrible!!! I started going to this locations later in the night and have only had good experience with the night baristas.. specifically savanna, she makes me feel so welcomed and always knows my order right away! Maybe she can spread some of her positivity to morning baristas.. until morning baristas get better.. im sticking with going at nights from now on.

I used to really enjoy this store, but the overall vibes the staff have has drastically changed this past month. I used to order mobile for drive thru since im pregnant and its easier for me to get my breakfast while sitting.. well now it's almost 30 minutes in the drive thru these days. When I do go in I often find myself offended by staff and their condescending tones when asking about new items offered.. it doesn't seem like the friendly old sgarbucks I knew. I am going to start going elsewhere as the staff here are almost always rude.

09-05-2025 - I came twice today first with my little 2 nieces and 2nd with my mom. I was honored to be helped both times by Sais and can I just say he is just an incredible human being. He was so helpful and so courteous and also made our drinks super delicious. I must say it always taste better when someone loves what they are doing. So I just want to say thank you for his kindness. Always 5/5 stars at this Starbucks! It never fails. See you guys soon!!!!! 🥹
I stopped by the drive-thru today around 4:40 PM and just wanted to say thank you for the amazing drink. I originally ordered a Tall, and for a moment I thought I made a mistake but to my surprise, I was handed a Venti! I’ve visited this location several times, and each time, the staff greets you with a smile and truly makes an effort to brighten your day. Thank you for your kindness and for always making my orders feel a little extra special. You even brought a smile to my mom’s face today :)

The staff here are always super welcoming and friendly. I don't even really like Starbucks that much but I stopped by today and grabbed some tea, a cup and a cake pop just because I was in the low desert. There were new faces but everyone was just as welcoming and friendly.

Terrible service I didn't get a greeting coming in and when I ordered my iced coffee I wasn't asked if I needed cream or sugar and they didn't even say my name to let me know my iced coffee is ready. Never coming back again.
