Subway

They don't put online orders out to grab. If you order online, you literally have to wait through the line to pick up your already made sitting behind the counter sandwich. Wasting everyone's time. I've done this 3 times now. Had to wait through the line just to get my sandwich. Epic fail. Do better or don't offer online ordering.

Paid for a footlong, only received a 6 inch. No one answers phone. Super disappointing.

I walked in to this Subway after a long drive from Irvine and i was greeted by John as soon as i walked in. Great customer service and very patient with my order!

I have been to so many subways nothing out of ordinary, but the one from today was outstanding from beginning to end. The gentlemen listened and prepped the sandwich just the way I asked. The sandwich was prep and layered as advertised. Nice and organized. Thank you Moises.

Our sandwich maker Steven was kind, courteous and very attentive while making our 3 sandwiches . He is definitely an asset for this location. And the food is much better than it has been in the past.

Got here at 845, 15 minutes from close, and they shut down everything. I walked in & and the manager said they closed early because it was raining?

This place was a mess when I got there

Food was good and prices were so so. What bothered me was the service. Not too friendly.

We had terrible service, we got our order started (made 2 of our sandwiches) tried to tell the CS the next and they made 2 other sandwiches and checked them out thencame back to us, after we said that wasn't fair. The Cs started throwing our sandwiches together! (My steak and cheese didn't have meat on one side!) Will not be back! Poor representation of our community!!

The young girls thy work there are snobby and unprofessional. Laughing amongst themselves instead on focusing. They’re chewing gum, no hairnets, or masks! Just rude. Very unprofessional!
