Our food was good, the LONE worker there was amazing. We came with a large group on a Sunday afternoon and he didn't get flustered even though he had to make so many sandwiches, on top of trying to manage the drive through. He kept track of every sandwich in the oven and kept the line moving. We were all impressed. But we felt bad for him. We couldn't believe management would leave only ONE staff person there at lunchtime rush. Not only did it make the lines very long, but it's not safe! What if there's an accident? What if a customer gets mad or comes in crazy and there's no one to back up the worker? How is it fair to expect one employee to manage restocking food, make sandwiches, take cash, receive online orders, and run the drive thru? So I took away a star because of management, not because of the employee or the food.

By far the best subway in the entire valley. It's kinda hidden from the main street but, I love that it's got a drive through and its open till 11pm on Fri and sat nights. The service is fantastic and then there really quick with making your sandwichs. Most definitely recommend this subway

This Subway doesn't take Subway coupons. There isn't a sign or anything. We waited 20 minutes in line, crafted our sandwiches, then the employee told us they don't take coupons. Of course we asked \\\"why\\\". The employee was very rude and basically answered, \\\"because the owner doesn't want to.\\\" I guess that every location is individually owned and the owners can do what they want, but don't waste peoples' time. At least post a sign on the door showcasing your stinginess, so people don't wait in line. And maybe not be so rude when customers are rightfully questioning why a Subway doesn't want to honor Subway coupons.

Today I went in to get my 2 replacement sandwiches that I was owed due to the employee named polonio aka Lolo making my 2 sandwiches completely wrong. I called to to complain & the girl who answered don’t recall her name was working that day with Lolo said I can go in & get 2 new sandwiches. So today I went & got my 2 sandwiches & was greeted by 3 young men that were absolutely amazing. They were so kind, professional & extremely helpful in making us are new sandwiches. Those 3 gentlemen were Jake,Brandon & Omar. I’ve never met such respectful & good customer service young men like these 3. They really deserve to be promoted or get a raise in the way they handled the situation. Now the employee who messed my order up
Mr. Polonio or Lolo whatever he likes to be called needs more training.

The music is so loud you can’t even hear yourself think. Employees see customers and run and hide in the back. Service lady couldn’t even read the receipt. The owner of this business should give it to someone else because they’re consistently letting their team be worthless and rude.

Wow….. let me start by telling you my family and I visited this establishment for lunch today and upon visiting them employees were not kind they did not agree to anybody when anybody had walked into their establishment upon asking the employee to double toast, mine and my husbands sandwich they looked at me and my husband and told my husband that his is toasted enough then told us the toaster was not working you could’ve lead with that versus just straight telling us to our face that it’s toasted enough after the end where we were adding our vegetables and sauce I had told the employee salt, pepper, and Parmesan. He grabbed vinegar and just started trenching it , I explain to him I did not like vinegar and I wanted him to throw it away and he decided it would be a good idea to grab my daughters sandwich and my husbands and throw it away as well and look at us like we were stupid, just wow one of the younger employees told me not to raise my voice and get angry about the situation just happened but wouldn’t you get angry the store honestly just needs to be shut down or new employees come in because this one’s truly need to be in the back of a McDonald’s flipping burgers not dealing with customers

Today around 11:45 a gentlemen with curly brown/black hair wearing a face mask helped us and was great. He made 4 sandwiches super efficiently and we were out of there within 10 mins. Give him a raise :)
