This Subway doesn't take Subway coupons. There isn't a sign or anything. We waited 20 minutes in line, crafted our sandwiches, then the employee told us they don't take coupons. Of course we asked \\\"why\\\". The employee was very rude and basically answered, \\\"because the owner doesn't want to.\\\" I guess that every location is individually owned and the owners can do what they want, but don't waste peoples' time. At least post a sign on the door showcasing your stinginess, so people don't wait in line. And maybe not be so rude when customers are rightfully questioning why a Subway doesn't want to honor Subway coupons.

Wow….. let me start by telling you my family and I visited this establishment for lunch today and upon visiting them employees were not kind they did not agree to anybody when anybody had walked into their establishment upon asking the employee to double toast, mine and my husbands sandwich they looked at me and my husband and told my husband that his is toasted enough then told us the toaster was not working you could’ve lead with that versus just straight telling us to our face that it’s toasted enough after the end where we were adding our vegetables and sauce I had told the employee salt, pepper, and Parmesan. He grabbed vinegar and just started trenching it , I explain to him I did not like vinegar and I wanted him to throw it away and he decided it would be a good idea to grab my daughters sandwich and my husbands and throw it away as well and look at us like we were stupid, just wow one of the younger employees told me not to raise my voice and get angry about the situation just happened but wouldn’t you get angry the store honestly just needs to be shut down or new employees come in because this one’s truly need to be in the back of a McDonald’s flipping burgers not dealing with customers

Today around 11:45 a gentlemen with curly brown/black hair wearing a face mask helped us and was great. He made 4 sandwiches super efficiently and we were out of there within 10 mins. Give him a raise :)

First time on subway bfast and pleasantly surprised- egg whites, fresh avocado and drake- how I like to start all my mornings. Alex was a real one holding it down after Coachella. Great customer service and post-fest chats while I dined.

I went this subway because it’s near my house to take my family out for lunch the young men at the drive thru window was very nice I had a coupon for $12.99 for two foot longs so I tried give it him he let me know the manager for that location said they’re no longer able to except coupons although I received them in the mail at my house not even a mile away from there location

Very bad experience waited in line for minutes six costumers in front of me and one employee running the register and making subway sandwich so me and business partner left the establishment withoutordering. I don't blame the employees for being short staff that's all management.

I just tried your protein bowl for the first time because apparently you no longer serve the chop salads. It was good aside from the fact that I had to take it home and chop everything up myself so that I could eat it. She put the meat on the bottom unchopped and all the veggies on top unchopped. Why would you take the chop salad off the menu and replace it with this. Honestly I will eat it again but I shouldn’t have to take it home and chop it up myself.

This was my first and last time at this location. I go to the DQ and never see cars in the drive through, so I usually pick another location! Hungry and getting on the freeway so I drove through for a Tuna sandwich! The bread was old and hard to even chew it. !

food was what you expect of subway, so no complaints. the orders were a little confusing (a couple random extra veggies for example) but the staff was extremely friendly and cheerful, definitely made any mistakes no biggie.

The guy making sandwiches was changing trash liners with the same gloves and then return to making food. They should be closed down.
