Well this place has been crappy in varying degrees for a very long time and the turnover there is truly unbelievable. Every time I go in there it is new people working there the food is okay, the ambiance is anyone's guess at any given time. There was an a hole working there for a while that I walked out on and didn't go back for about a year. I've been back a few times in recent weeks, The time before last there were great people and it was good and the next time back to crap there is one girl there that's been there for a little while who told me they are waiting for a repairman to come fix the ice tea machine and that was a month ago now today I walk in there and there is a young dude with long hair no hair net and they are playing dirty rap music complete with the n word and talking about drugs and bitches. I just walked out. Guess I'll see if it's improved in a few months

if 0 stars was an option,that'd be my choice IMMEDIATELY.The employee was distracted while assisting me and even touched trash while making my sandwich using the same gloves. that wasn't even the worst part...he then charged us double and when we told him about his error he began to curse while having difficulties refunding the $ owed to us. Overall, the experience was horrible and for a sandwich and a half it took 30 minutes..

This Subway doesn't take Subway coupons. There isn't a sign or anything. We waited 20 minutes in line, crafted our sandwiches, then the employee told us they don't take coupons. Of course we asked \\\"why\\\". The employee was very rude and basically answered, \\\"because the owner doesn't want to.\\\" I guess that every location is individually owned and the owners can do what they want, but don't waste peoples' time. At least post a sign on the door showcasing your stinginess, so people don't wait in line. And maybe not be so rude when customers are rightfully questioning why a Subway doesn't want to honor Subway coupons.

The service is terrible. Music so loud you can't even hear yourself think. Staff hides from customers and hopes we leave. The owner of this business should give up because they're doing a consistently terrible job at running this business.

This subway should just close down. Walk in and the music is blasting so loud that the speakers are blown out. Nobody at the counter. Look into the back to see the 2 girls playing on their phones. When they see me, they went and hid. Once someone finally came to take my order, I could barely hear anything they were saying over the shi**y blown out music. This is not the first time I've dealt with bad employees here. I'd be embarrassed if I were the owner/franchisee of this particular establishment.

OMG does it get worse than this? I tried walking in and the door was locked and I see 2 - 3 year olds running around and on the furniture son. I walk back to my car and young guy opens the door I ask if he's open and he says yes. He proceeds to the back and a lady is putting the food into the slots and she tells her kid to go sit down, meanwhile he bumps into me and continues to run around I stood there for a couple minutes waiting to be helped and no one helped so I left. this place. I'm all for single Moms working g but after reading all the bad reviews. Just don't go here. Run!

Wow….. let me start by telling you my family and I visited this establishment for lunch today and upon visiting them employees were not kind they did not agree to anybody when anybody had walked into their establishment upon asking the employee to double toast, mine and my husbands sandwich they looked at me and my husband and told my husband that his is toasted enough then told us the toaster was not working you could’ve lead with that versus just straight telling us to our face that it’s toasted enough after the end where we were adding our vegetables and sauce I had told the employee salt, pepper, and Parmesan. He grabbed vinegar and just started trenching it , I explain to him I did not like vinegar and I wanted him to throw it away and he decided it would be a good idea to grab my daughters sandwich and my husbands and throw it away as well and look at us like we were stupid, just wow one of the younger employees told me not to raise my voice and get angry about the situation just happened but wouldn’t you get angry the store honestly just needs to be shut down or new employees come in because this one’s truly need to be in the back of a McDonald’s flipping burgers not dealing with customers

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!You don't deserve the one star! On 05/14/2023 I ordered our regular purchase on the subway app ... Save a lot because I use coupons! The last time I used a coupon, the store was upset and wanted to know how I saved so much money ... COUPON! Sent our son down to pick up the order and the "kid" behind the counter told him that there was no order ... bank shows charged but app states "order failed" which never happened! it had been cancelled internally by the owner, apparently, who doesn't like coupons! Only received email notification after the fact rather than the normal text I receive when orders are placed. I could hear her cat like voice on the phone as she dictated instructions to the poor kid! If I had known that this story had such poor rating, I would have gone elsewhere! She claimed I was never charged but it was posted to my account as well as a refund the next day because she knew what she did was wrong! I called my bank and reported the fraud on her part! I didn't receive my credits back on my account either! so beware! FRAUD in my opinion ... and good luck contacting anyone at corporate! they don't want to talk to anyone ...

Today around 11:45 a gentlemen with curly brown/black hair wearing a face mask helped us and was great. He made 4 sandwiches super efficiently and we were out of there within 10 mins. Give him a raise :)

First time on subway bfast and pleasantly surprised- egg whites, fresh avocado and drake- how I like to start all my mornings. Alex was a real one holding it down after Coachella. Great customer service and post-fest chats while I dined.

I went this subway because it’s near my house to take my family out for lunch the young men at the drive thru window was very nice I had a coupon for $12.99 for two foot longs so I tried give it him he let me know the manager for that location said they’re no longer able to except coupons although I received them in the mail at my house not even a mile away from there location
