Food is great, unfortunately the employees have no sense of good service or communication. Maybe it's because they have to deal with a lobby and outside full of homeless people. So I kind of understand. But that doesn't justify being a bad employee to everyone.no energy amongst the employees at all

Why do they put hot sauce in everything ?!? I was so pissed off I ordered my daughter a bean cheese burrito IT HAD HOT SAUCE! She was spitting it out she’s barely 2… and I was like what’s wrong and noticed it had it there so gave her chips with cheese and same thing she was spitting it out started crying I tasted the cheese and immediately tasted the heat from it very light but for a kid that’s too spicy… now I know this isn’t a kid friendly place .. do better Taco Bell. The only non spicy thing was the damn chips that aren’t even that good.

We usually enjoy grabbing food from Taco Bell when we’re on the go, but this time was really disappointing. I placed an online order (four meals for my kids), thinking it would save us time. Instead, I ended up waiting 45 minutes while they served everyone who walked in after us.
To make things worse, the order wasn’t even complete. I had to check it myself and then wait even longer while they finished preparing the missing items.
The staff looked completely exhausted or sleepy—I'm not trying to say they were lazy or careless, but something was clearly off. Maybe they were short-staffed, having a rough day, or is this the new standard of Taco Bell service?!

I'm absolutely obsessed with the Classic Lux Box! The cinnamon Twisties and the 5 layer beefy burrito with a simple hard shell taco with a LARGE MANGO TEA! Let me tell you that is FIRE! PHENOMENAL! MY FAVORITE! IM CHOOSING TACO BELL OVER EVERYTHING EVERYDAY! ALL THE TIME!

Yeah when I come in from painting a wall and I look a little grubby I'm always treated like a homeless urchin that is unwelcome and that is a parent at Taco Bell when I'm there a nice clothes it's a completely different experience.

It was 2 years ago last time I came here, and today the crew remained me never to come back.
I walked into the register to see everyone in the back having fun, and they saw me and decided to ignore me, or pretty much force me to use the self-service computer.
I have no choice but to use it.
They called my name, my order was ready, and I asked for my drink, and the employee told me he couldn't give it to me, he call and other employee,
She was so rude and told me.
What do you want...
My ticket was very clear.
A combo that includes a beverage.
Well, that was a good reminder never come back.

Lazy and horrible customer service got there at 10:30 and they were out of eggs because they did not want to make any more. They told me it would be 40 minutes if I wanted to wait for eggs

Another time I got there right when they opened and they said it would be 40 minutes until I would be served so O might as well leave.
