In Cathedral City this particular Taco Bell is very quiet, no busy drive thru (regularly). It''s very rare to see this Taco Bell busy inside, it will always be practically empty.
The staff is kind if you order inside, when you do drive thru the staff however will be on more of a rush to get you moving forward so it'll feel slightly different.
In this occasion I ordered the Deluxe Box Combo & I highly recommend it, my entire order was complete & was hott by the time I opened it. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 stars on the food I was very happy.
There's however been times where they've made mistakes with my drive thru order. Not giving me what I ordered or giving me someone else's order lol.
Sodas are never Flat! That's a plus. Food is great (the chicken here I like better than Del Tacos) Much better quality FYI)

Parking: Parking is limited about 8 spaces. You can always go Cardenas stores parking lot and walk over.
Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly environment. Kind staff here, and it's always empty so that's a plus.
I like that the establishment is always clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access, & has designated tables for the disabled.

I was stuck in traffic and had a delayed order to get to the drive through. I got there at near closing and John understood my issue and made my food even though I was really late to the drive through. I just thanked him that I appreciated him for processing my order despite it taking me so long to get to the drive through, and didn't let me go to bed hungery after a long day working. I hope the best for him and those like him at this establishment.

This location wasn't really that bad. The only complaint that I have is that the Deritos Locos tacos didn't come served in the special sleeve they usually come in.. I don't know if they discontinued them or this specific store didn't have them available at that time.. oh and one more thing I really hate the paper straws those gotta go..

Refusing to take our order not even talking through the monitor and even stepped away from drive through door to pretend no one was there. On top of that they shut off all the lights at 11:45pm (STILL NOT EVEN CLOSING TIME). TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Worst Taco Bell ever!Never coming back!I placed my order then I asked if the restroom was open, and a irritated way they answered it's open, both of them were locked,I came back and let them know, and they said one is not working and the other one must be busy, I had my dinner there and nobody came out (about 40minutes) so I mentioned to them, I was irritated by then, you go in to a restaurant and not able to wash your hands because they don't like to share the restroom, the older lady (most likely the manager) change her tone when I mentioned I was going to get in touch with the regional supervisor, (when they go out off business, there are so smart they still won't be able to figure it out)By the way there portions are about half compared to other locations,

Of all the three Taco Bells in the Palm Springs area, this one is my favorite for reliable ordering (they get it right and it’s not a mess), store cleanliness, and customer service.Yes, I’m embarrassed that I frequent TB so often that I can review each location. However, for those of us who know what we want, this location is consistently the best bet!

Service: Repedetly mess up simple orders of 3 items, I say all the time that I want to eat in and they say "OK " and give me a to go bag.Atmosphere: some of the female employees possibly a manager and assistant manager always talks to the customers like were a problem to them whenever something goes wrong in an order or can't understand what the customer wants clearly and giving the customer a negative attitude and tone. Food tastes great full 5 stars. The manager John needs to work on his personality and attitude because he was very rude and threw my order on the counter and didn't read my order number on the receipt he gave me. Always having problems with them giving me the wrong items every single time!!!!
Parking: Parking lot is very confusing, as I was pulling up they charged me and told me to park in front of the store as they needed to drop fresh fries or something and I guess I parked in the wrong spot because they never showed up to give my order until I walked in.
