My boyfriend and I came to Taco Bell after work on 04/15/24 at exactly 11:39pm when you close at 12am. We saw a man and a woman both inside just standing around. Refusing to take our order not even talking through the monitor and even stepped away from drive through door to pretend no one was there. On top of that they shut off all the lights at 11:45pm (STILL NOT EVEN CLOSING TIME). TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Worst Taco Bell ever!Never coming back!I placed my order then I asked if the restroom was open, and a irritated way they answered it's open, both of them were locked,I came back and let them know, and they said one is not working and the other one must be busy, I had my dinner there and nobody came out (about 40minutes) so I mentioned to them, I was irritated by then, you go in to a restaurant and not able to wash your hands because they don't like to share the restroom, the older lady (most likely the manager) change her tone when I mentioned I was going to get in touch with the regional supervisor, (when they go out off business, there are so smart they still won't be able to figure it out)By the way there portions are about half compared to other locations,

Of all the three Taco Bells in the Palm Springs area, this one is my favorite for reliable ordering (they get it right and it’s not a mess), store cleanliness, and customer service.Yes, I’m embarrassed that I frequent TB so often that I can review each location. However, for those of us who know what we want, this location is consistently the best bet!

Service: Repedetly mess up simple orders of 3 items, I say all the time that I want to eat in and they say "OK " and give me a to go bag.Atmosphere: some of the female employees possibly a manager and assistant manager always talks to the customers like were a problem to them whenever something goes wrong in an order or can't understand what the customer wants clearly and giving the customer a negative attitude and tone. Food tastes great full 5 stars. The manager John needs to work on his personality and attitude because he was very rude and threw my order on the counter and didn't read my order number on the receipt he gave me. Always having problems with them giving me the wrong items every single time!!!!Parking: Parking lot is very confusing, as I was pulling up they charged me and told me to park in front of the store as they needed to drop fresh fries or something and I guess I parked in the wrong spot because they never showed up to give my order until I walked in.
I was craving Taco Bell and was super disappointed. The food was cold. My cheese wasn't even melted. I'm still shocked. The fries tasted old. The cashier was friendly.

This location has very disrespectful employees. When we get there there is no one but us. When ordering they keep rushing us. As soon as we stopped talking they rudely said “pull up to the window”. Once we got to the window we wanted to add some of the tortilla chips to our burrito, and the lady was about to tell us that she can’t add them. Like if I’m paying for it, shouldn’t I be able to. But anyways they said they did make that change for us. Turns out when we pull away they indeed did not put them in there. So we had to wait in the line once again. This isn’t the first time they rush me when I’m ordering.

This place is crap. Order those new grilled cheese fries. Took 20 min and look nasty. Honestly dog food lookd more tasty then this crap.
The past 3 times I came here it took employees at least 10-15 mins to even acknowledge I was here let alone ordering ... they will literally make eye contact and not say a word! No cars in like no other customers here so not like it's busy very unprofessional and unexceptional.

The cashier here, Sophie, was the nicest and sweetest lady who also was nice to my baby, which I am grateful for! We ordered a couple of Doritos locos tacos and they were great and full, definitely will drive from Palm Desert to come to this Taco Bell. It sounds silly but not all Taco Bell locations hit for us and this one is consistently good. Thanks Sophie!
