Not a holiday. The hours state that it is open until 8. It is 5:45 and the door is shut and lights are off.

The food is good but they are always randomly closed or run out of food.

I like this place a lot but we came by at lunch on Halloween and it was closed, tried again today at 1:30pm, closed. What's going on?

My new favorite place to eat. Everything was delicious, the service was excellent. I especially liked the salsa's. The meats were lean and tasty. I got the burrito bowl and it was the perfect amount of food. All the ingredients were fresh and the flavors robust. We were served by the owner. He was passionate about his food and service. It shows in the product he delivers. He was warm and friendly. I felt like I was eating at a family member's house. I can't recommend this place enough.

Definitely one of the best spots to eat in the valley. The menu has many options to choose from, the place is clean, staff is friendly and the owner and chef Sammy enjoys coming out to meet his guests. Good experience overall. You won't be disappointed. Great food and atmosphere.

Everything made from scratch! Bold Flavor yet respect the traditional flavors in Mexican cuisine! I'll be rushing back for the handmade tortillas! Come try this place out ! Small but mighty!

Delicious food amazing customer service

The owner and chef Sammy cares deeply about customer service. He is working on updating the website which is out of date especially with the hours (Google is correct).
While we waited for our food to go they brought us chips and salsa to enjoy. The salsa was flavorful and delicious. I would like to see a hot salsa option available in the future too.
Overall we enjoyed our food. The biggest complaint was the burritos and fries were greasy but still overall we enjoyed our meal. The burritos are huge! We got the vaquero burrito which was delicious. The lengua for the fries was tender, flavorful and melted in your mouth. The camaron vampiro taco was crispy, cheesy and seasoned perfectly and adding some salsa complemented it perfectly. The auga frescas were refreshing.
We will definitely be coming back for vampiro tacos and lengua!

Had a wonderful experience here! The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely hospitable, which made us feel very welcome. Our server was attentive and super friendly throughout the meal. The Pacho Burrito was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and a generous portion! Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Overall, a great dining experience — highly recommend this spot!

Tacos del Valle is the real deal. Sammy (the owner and chef) and his team are warm, kind, and genuinely care about their guests—Sammy even came out from the kitchen to check in on us personally. The tacos are incredible—on par with the best we’ve had traveling through Mexico—and it’s worth the drive even from downtown Palm Springs. Convenient location near the airport rental car spots, super easy to get to, and absolutely a place we’ll return to multiple times on our next trip. Highly recommend!
