Great drink selection, great service, finally we have a good boba shop in Cathedral City.

When Boba's been sitting a while, it gets this weird nasty texture. Luckily that didn't happen here - the staff was friendly and efficient and the Boba was really good. I'll be back :-)

I really wanted to like this place after my first visit—service was quick, and the drinks were great quality. So, I decided to give it another shot, but that was a huge mistake. The second time I came in, the service was abysmal. After waiting 15 minutes just to get my order taken, I thought things would pick up, but nope. I then had to wait another 30 minutes just to get TWO drinks. And when they finally arrived, both drinks were missing ingredients. I had to wait again for them to fix it. It’s honestly frustrating to deal with such poor service, especially when the quality doesn't match the wait.

They are delicious, fast service, boba options, milk alternatives, different flavors, and sweetness levels. They even made my chai drink with stevia sweetener. I absolutely love it!

Cheap and delicious!

I hate giving bad reviews, but tonight was very disappointing 😞 and when you buy a total of 5 drinks and they can't get it correct it's frustrating. The girl and gentlemen working seemed to be rushing to the back and in a hurry to get us to leave. My instincts told me to drive to the Palm Desert location, but this one being closer to our home, we figured why not. Nope next time we taking the drive. 👎

The place is lovely I love to come here with friends and family sometime to get a nice drink but the costumer service in her is not how I expected there’s a young lady with red hair idk if she was mad or something but the way that she was acting was a good reason for me to leave and go to other place.

This place can get busy at times. And it seems like there is only 1 or people working. That being said, just acknowledging people when they come in would make a BIG difference, instead of pretending like you dont have 5 people in line to order.
