The Habit Burger Grill

I've eaten in at this location 3 times. I've eaten at a few Habit Grills. Each time I have been at this one I've felt like it was an odd night for them.
Slow, disorganized, food not right, even forgotten. Seem like nice folks. But it's like no one is running the ship. People seem genuinely confused back there.
As I've been too other Habits, I'm used to a high energy place that runs like a clock.
After my third mediocre visit, I have to guess they have a management problem. Because the staff are friendly and apologetic. I don't thing it's their issue

Worst burger ever!! It has so much salt on the onions I had to throw it away. Service was very slow. People friendly

Hamburgers were overcooked Over Salted Tasted of old grease. Chocolate Shake was over dosed with Chocolate Syrup not Mixed well

Just a pile of unseasoned, oily, mush. Most flavor from the burger came from the pickle. Asked for no cheese and got cheese. Really was optimistic but I don't see how anyone with any taste buds thinks this is better than In-N-Out. Zero stars if I could.

The floors were sticky and strewn with trash and the tables were dirty when I arrived. I spent $40 for two people. I got a combo and my companion got a salad. My combo included a teriyaki grilled chicken sandwich which was pretty unsatisfactory, unfortunately. The chicken patty was extremely thin, and the ciabatta bun that the sandwich was on was very crusty and springy which made the contents of the sandwich (which were very drippy) spill out with each bite.

The service was excellent. People came out to sweep and mop and one of the workers cleaned the table for us. Everyone was friendly and attentive and even said goodbye to us as we left. The extremely good service is what buoyed my overall rating from what would have been a three-star up to a four-star.

I obviously haven't tried everything on the menu, and your mileage may vary with regard to the chicken sandwich. My companion really enjoyed the Santa Barbara Cobb Salad. I'd say this place is at least worth a try to see if the food matches with your preferences, because the service is certainly good.

Wait 25 min outside drive through line.

Very disappointed brought my wife to eat here today.She ordered salad.she went to ask for dressing.She was told it would cost $.2.00 .not good will not come back here.

I found a hair in my food. I don’t really mind cause that kind of stuff just happens on accident sometime what was upsetting was I went to return my burger. The lady only wanted to give me back seven dollars because I didn’t hand back the french fries and drink, she said Well you have your drink and the french fries that’s why I’m trying to give you back seven dollars but I told her I was like OK I can give that back and then she didn’t apologize for the hair being in my food very rude The lady had a star tattoo behind her ear. I don’t know her name. She gives horrible service.

This Habit location has a drive thru! Woohoo! 🎉 They make your order when you order so you may have to wait a few minutes but it's definitely worth it. The young kid at the drive thru window was pleasant and courteous.
