Got seated and took them 10 minutes to come take drink order. Then come back and took over and never waited on us again. Had to ask for our ticket. The hash browns was fried so hard you couldn’t even eat. I will not be back to this restaurant.

Front door sounds and feels like it's going to fall off the hinges, but we've overlooked for the past two years. Given today's experience, I might as well give them all the help I can for ways they can improve their restaurant. My water glass had dried food stuck on the inside around the rim, as well as lip marks clearly visible. When I asked for a new one and mentioned why, the waitress offered no comment. The Chicken Fried Chicken was like trying to chew rubber. I've never had that experience with chicken before. There was dried food stuck on the salt and pepper shakers. We are retired and on a fixed income, so going out for us is a real treat and Denny's was one of the very few places we can afford. Given our experience today, we won't be going back.

Went in for a quick bite to eat, only to be ignored by my waiter for the next 40 minutes after I received my food. Passed by me numerous times without ever acknowledging me yet had no problem assisting anyone else and trying to get his attention was hopeless. If it wasn't for the fact the people in the kitchen actually did their jobs, I would of just walked out without paying. Definitely will not return.
