This review is strictly for the hostesses. One particular hostess was very rude. I told her I had a reservation for 4 and asked if we could be seated on the patio. She mumbled and said it’s an hour wait. I then asked if we could get a high chair for my 1 year old. She looked at me and said “we don’t have high chairs here” in a negative tone of voice. I asked if she could check (because I’ve never been to a restaurant where there aren’t high chairs) and she just kept saying she’s never seen them there. Thankfully, another hostess came and interrupted her and said that they do in fact have high chairs. This is the second time we’ve been here and the hostesses are rude. We also waited 20-30 min for our table even though we had a reservation. Everything else besides that was fantastic! Food was amazing and our waiter was amazing.

It's the end of our stay in Palm Springs and we're sorry we didn't find Trillusa sooner. The 4-5:30 prix fixe menu was quite a deal - appetizer, entree, & dessert for $30. I had mixed green salad, seafood & pasta, & carrot cake. My wife had minestrone soup, eggplant parmesan, & tiramisu. Everything was excellent and the portions were generous without being too big. My wife asked for a prawn add-on to her entree and it wasn't there when her entree arrived. That was quickly corrected, though. The noise level was moderate - enough to notice, but low enough to still carry on a conversation. The lights kept flickering, which was a bit distracting.

This is one of those restaurants that when you get the check you are surprised it didn't break the bank. From the Ceasar Salad to the main course to the desert it is more than fairly priced. Their house Cabernet is probably the best, least expensive drinkable red in the valley. $10 for a nice pour is a bargain now adays.
Great tasting food. More than fair prices and 5 star service. I would eat there once a week except there is no parking. Next to the theaters you drive around in circles waiting for someone to leave so you can park and go have dinner. 3 times we have gone there for a last minute dinner and couldn't park anywhere so we went elsewhere. We absolutely love this place but we don't stop in as often because we can't park. I even have a handicap pass and these are full. This place has the best food for the best price in the valley and it is harder to find parking compared to finding a reservation. It's still 5 stars though.

Very busy place, but they did honor our reservation. Service was flawless and they didn't rush us to finish our meal even though there were people waiting to be seated. We ordered fish, chicken and pasta and everything was delicious. Wine list is extensive and reasonably priced.

The worst experience at this restaurant this past Monday I took my family out for dinner we had a reservation at 7 pm everything was fine until we sat at the table for 25 minutes with just water and bread without getting knowledge everyone was going by our table and nobody even say hi or anything I ask one male server if they can open our wine that I had brought and he’s respond was I’ll send your server, it was until 25 minutes later that we got up and left but before we left I let the young lady at the host stand the reason why we were leaving and she smile and said ok bye have a good night, as much as I recommend it in the past lll share this very bad experience with friends and people at my work, very disappointed

Easy to locate, but difficult to find parking. Busy with moderate noise level. The food was just good as compared to N.Y.C. little Italy. Fun for groups and service was great.

Service was excellent. They really went over and above to help us celebrate my mother in laws 75th birthday! Thank you for that. The food was delicious as always. Don't skip the Trilussa Tomatoes!

Lovely, friendly service. But the linguine with clams and mussels were dry and tough. Definitely not quality.
