We were promptly seated and waiter arrived with bread and olive oil. Wine and entree order was on que and arrived quickly. Service and food were wonderful and would certainly warrant a return visit.
We made a poor choice of entrees. Opting for the filet mignon. They were prepared well but the quality of the meat was very poor. Grainy and fibrous it was extremely chewy. We've been here many times and always enjoy the experience. This however is not the eatery to order steak. We will return.
Visited this week, October, still off-season. Easy to get a reservation. Not typical for this great Italian restaurant. My wife loved her pasta. I really enjoyed the Ceaser and their cherry peppercorn filet was perfectly cooked with great flavors. No complaints on the food. As usual, the bus crew was very attentive. The waiter only so so. No music on a Friday night so just a quiet restaurant this time.
