I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

I have ordered two time from wings stop and in the first my fries were burnt and my wings was uncooked then my second my fries were uncooked and my wings were also uncooked yet it was hot enough to burn the box?

Wingstop food is always delicious but this locations service was absolutely terrible. Me and my 5 friends ordered and waited over 30 minutes for our food when we were one of the only people there. Then we waited another 20 minutes for our friends forgotten order. Also there was a TV that was blasting in our ears the whole time we couldn’t even hear ourselves speak.
how bout not sell people drinks then let them find out on their own there's no ice, nor will there be any ice.

We ordered and was shorted 10 wings. Nothing was marked so we had to guess what flavors they were. It was a larger order so it was hard to tell. This is not the first time we were shorted.

Every time I go to Wingstop In Cathedral city every time I order wings and I get home to eat the chicken is undercooked and cold still in some pieces Makes you not want to eat the rest of your food… Customer service was wonderful
