Beach Bums -Bevs & Bites

We’re in town for the weekend, staying in Morro Bay. We wanted to try something new and drive around to find ourselves a place to watch the 2nd game in the World Series. (Go dodgers)
We stumbled upon the absolute best place. Upon walking in we quickly noticed the atmosphere. Everyone was upbeat and just kind. We met the owner Bruce, such a great guy!!! We will be back everytime we come to town. Such a great find!

The hometown bar I want near me. The sweetest people that bring the community, and everyone who wants to be a part of it, together. Since they don't have a full liquor licence, they didn't have a large selection, but it's enough and the quality they do have is great. I do have to agree with the locals that their pretzel was phenomenal.

My wife and I went here for one beer. We ended up staying for 4 hours. Bruce was an amazing host and he deserves all the praise that comes his way

If I could give more stars I would. The drinks are fantastic, but what really sells this place is the service. Bruce, the owner, is so accommodating, friendly, and best all around conversationalist. The pretzel here is

Very fun , great view of the ocean while you have a frosty adult beverage and complain about how corrupt our government is

Beautiful, fun spot to grab a drink and take in the view. Dog friendly patio and friendly people.

Best place for views of the waves, good selection of beers and wine. The cheese for the pretzel is liquid gold! Jena and Bruce are amazing people. Highly recommend coming before sunset and sitting outside on the dog friendly balcony (with purse and bag hooks). If lucky, you might see a dolphin pod or whales swimming out there. Small place but the locals are friendly and I just moved here a few months ago and it reminds me of my local bar from tahoe.

Fun local wine bar with great service and local vibe.

We nipped in for a few beers whilst staying in Cayucos, the clientele were super friendly and Bruce is an absolute gentleman. Excellent beers, well priced, great atmosphere - my favourite bar from our road trip!
