“Cutest wine bar with some of the best wines from California. On Fridays they have painting classes at 6pm. I wish I could have gone to the one last night which was a Frida painting. The service here is spectacular and I really enjoyed my time here. It looks like a great place to meet up with friends and it is adjacent to one of the only fine dining restaurants in Cayucos.”

“this is a cute and inviting shop with yummy chocolate chip cookies. we also sampled the lemon and cinnamon ones too. I think our kids preferred the original cookies which have big flat chocolate chips! we bought a tower of cookies! we will definitely return on our next vacation!”

“The food was amazing. My husband ordered the fried mozzarella app. It was good but the bread and oil dip was really good! My husband got the lasagna and he enjoyed it and finished it. My girls (7 and 9) got the kids butter penne with Parmesan. They liked jt. I got the chicken Marsala over fettuccine noodles. It was outstanding. If you like Marsala.”

“A warm and inviting little coffee spot run by warm and inviting people! I couldn't resist trying all of their superfood lattes and each one was FABULOUS - the orange was my favorite! Their abundant oatmilk and equally abundant friendliness made this shop a highlight of our stay in Cayucos and a must-visit when we return!”

“Cozy, seaside view with plenty of seating and classic seafood options. Prices are what you would expect, nothing too pricey. We went with fish and chips and a bowl of clam chowder. The fish was fresh and the portions are big. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to relax and eat a meal by the beach. Seating is mostly inside but the windows are wide open so perhaps there is also seating on the sidewalk.”

“We wanted to grab breakfast while in town. We chose this place. We ordered coffee, cocoa, and breakfast sandwhiches. It's really cute with a few seats inside. It's clean and their are coffee and smoothies and a nice variety to choose from. Our breakfast babel and coffee and cocoa hit the stop. The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed our visit here. We recommend you try it out, we would return in the future.”

“LOVED this place the moment we walked in. Food was so good, filling, and memorable. We ate breakfast here and both my spouse and I were pleased and we prefer to eat plenty of animal protein at our meals. It was very easy to get a robust amount in an omelette, easy to add additional eggs, and they were absolutely delicious. The fries were the best we’ve ever had, literally. Will visit again! This place is going on our favorites list.”

“We went to Schooners yesterday for lunch. It was excellent. I ordered the Patty Melt with sweet potato fries and my wife ordered the fish and chips. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked as was my Patty Melt and sweet potato fries. Great view, atmosphere and service. We will return in the future.”

“The employee who helped us was awesome, but the pizza wasn't quite as great. The pepperoni is super thin, and the sauce is kind of sweet. I'm not a huge fan, but it is right next to the beach, and the kids liked it, so I'm sure we'll be back. My daughter is chanting, "Rate it 5 stars, rate it 5 stars," as I'm typing this out. Ha!”

“The staff and owners are always friendly and eager to help all guests have the best possible experience every time we visit. The patio is kid and dog friendly, and you honestly feel so welcome that it's more like going to a friend's house for lunch or dinner. Even if they are crazy busy, the food and service is top notch. Cannot recommend this place enough. It's a family favorite and we go here as often as we can.Vegetarian options: The salads are way more than your basic greens, and there are often other vegetarian options, especially fantastic soup.Dietary restrictions: I have food allergies, and most of the staff is knowledgeable about even the rotating menu options to help me find a safe option. And if they don't know, they are always happy to find out quickly for me, and never make me feel like it's a bother, which I greatly appreciate.Kid-friendliness: There are Kids items available on menu, and families are always welcomed big and small.”

“We have always been fans of the SLO location but always take out. We decided to visit Osos today and we’re not disappointed.Firstly they have additional menu items including a fantastic burger. We just had a plain cheese burger for my toddler and it was fantastic. We got our usual Dutch punch crunch (never disappoints). The Strauss soft serve ice cream was a nice surprise!Downsides were no big bags of chips and a really small selection of non alcoholic bottle/can drinks.There is a large gift shop area and a large selection of bottle wines. Both beer and wine on tap too!TLDRBurgers! Lots of seating, kid friendly.We will absolutely be coming back to this location.Kid-friendliness: Lots of high chairs available. Play kitchen space outside.”

“Good food and great service. Small little cozy restaurant right next to the bay. Service was friendly from entering in to leaving. Shrimp tacos were tasty. Hamburger was a bit over cooked, but better over cooked than under. Cocktail was tasty but a lot of ice. Fries were perfect and the ranch is tasty. Great views of the bay.”

“Please do yourself a favor and try out this coffee shop! I have tried the vanilla lavender latte and the salted caramel dirty chai and both were SO good! Just went back twice in the same day. The coffee its self is so good and the way the beverages are crafted is perfect. I love the flavorful layer of foam on top of the hot beverages - honestly already thinking how sad I’m going to be once my Morro Bay trips are ends and I won’t have access to this coffee shop anymore.10/10 must try.”

“Loved it! Great atmosphere with friendly Host/owner. Menudo was really good, you have the option if you want hominy and even "pata". It came with all the fixing and hit the spot. My wife had banana pancakes and she loved them. We will recommend and return on our next trip.”

“Wow! Amazing place. I came here as a kid and young adult when it was the Aquarium. My new favorite place to visit and grab a bite. I oive Hazy IPA's...and the Marine Layer does not disappoint!! I had to have two because I got the Bratwurst....I'm coming back for another. Wife had the Chicago dog and ...meh...but we then shared the Elote' in a cup...WOW!! Refreshing and delicious!! I will be back!! Awesome staff and super clean bathrooms and establishment!!”

“Now open for dinner on Friday and Saturday! We’ve eaten both breakfast and lunch here many times and it never disappoints. They now have 2 patios—the new one in front is a positive addition, and the original one is still lovely with all the garden plants. Good variety on the menu, kids menu, wine and wine cocktails as well.”

“Beautiful view of the rock, great service, and great food. I had the "Snootie" grilled cheese and my husband had the "Goin back to Cali", and they were both delicious. I would definitely come back to try some of their other breakfast foods.”

“If you are one of the unfortunates who have not discovered Bayside Cafe, you are missing out on an amazing opportunity. Everything at Bayside is exceptional! Friendly service, lovely view of the bay, and always fresh fish on the menu!! My favorite is their fish tacos. Yummy!!”
