Despite being a local and having ample opportunity to visit Cayucos and walk the beaches, and relax and eat, I often lack the time! I have heard that Hidden Kitchen can have a long wait time, and have only ever eaten there once before. Well, a few weeks ago for my birthday we decided we had the time. It might have been a Thursday, but it was also a holiday so there were plenty of people there for brunch. The wait was not bad, at all! We had enough time to grab a coffee from cute...
This was amazing. It was easily the best food for the price I had on a 6000mi trip across the country. The waiting and seating can be crazy. Just get it to go, it’s worth it. I miss it already
I tried the elotes blue corn waffle, the Santa Lucia taco, and their seasonal smoothie. Everything was amazing!! The waffle was probably my favorite:) the atmosphere was also very nice, inside and out!
