“I'm giving this mountain Mike's 5-stars rather than 1-star because the guy who was working the register literally quit since the place was overwhelmingly busy but the 2-girls along with the manager absolutely took charge and handled taking orders and prepping the food. The girls maintained a welcoming and positive vibe for the restaurant. They definitely deserve a raise.“

“Here's a good example of friendly employees. My meal was prepared with skill. Everything net tge checkbox. I made an order on the mobile app but they were out of chicken breasts. They let me know as soon as I arrived and gave ne options. No problem, it was close to closing so it is understandable. I had them do thighs and drums and they threw in extra chicken for the difference. All the whike being as friendly and professiinal as can be. This makes an imoact in customers. It did on me. I will gladly be a returning customer. That is hiw business shoukd be done. So if you read this and are uooer management or owner, give your emoloyees a word of praise. They just performed in a way that encourages return business. Great job!“
