I usually don’t have a problem with this location, but today I went in and the girl at the register had a tissue in her nose and quickly pulled it out when she realized I walked in & when I asked for a tosticeviche with chips on the side and an add on of avocado, She didn’t wash her hands just put gloves on. I honestly should’ve walked out right then and there I was trying to give her the benefit of doubt. The avocado had mold and a lot of browning. I wish I could post a picture of what I received. I didn’t eat it. And I had already left so I couldn’t ask for a new plate. This happened 09/08/2025 at around 12 noon

I’m so sad! I spent $14 on 2 large Horchatas and they are not good at all. The girl that was working was so pretty and so sweet though! The Horchatas are watered down and bland. Barely any spice. So sad. 😭

My go to for quick fast and yummy ceviche with chips. Today's, had almost no meat like nada. No flavor at all so weird. Just realizing that it never has had flavor if it weren't for the chips. But I still always buy lol. Fruit and mini pancakes are a good choice too.

I came here earlier today ,don’t get me wrong everything was good the service and stuff , UNTIK I’m halfway thru my chocolate icecream and my stomach just starts brewing , not even 10 minutes later I threw up , I have been continuously been throwing up for a cripple of hours now , I do not recommend , make the drive to the one in Modesto

I’m so disappointed with this business. I sent my husband to buy milkshakes for my family today ,Thursday as they have advertised the buy one get one free milkshake . After paying my husband noticed that the BOGO was not applied when hhe asked the cashier she stated that unless he mentioned the promotion before purchase , she would not give him the buy one get one free deal. Proceeded to tell my husband that she would not refund him and that there was nothing she could do about it. That is poor business, false advertisement, and very dishonest of this company do better Mango crazy.
Update : Owner contacted me and stated he will
Look into it and call me back tomorrow .

Seems like the always make the same boring drinks all the time. Depending on the day but there’s a girls with horrible customer service. Seems like we’re bothering her when she’s clearly doing nothing. The Kansas location will forever be my favorite! Definitely would drive an extra 15 minutes to see them. This ceres location, needs lots of training done!

Went there yesterday to get 2 mangonadas ugh I should have taken a picture but I was driving back home . Worst place ever I been to other mango Crazy locations and have never had a problem. Order two mangonadas and she gave us 2 small round scoops of mango ice cream , and cut one small mango and use that one for both cups ? I could tell because I only had about 5 pieces of small mango and my daughter had the same or less also No tajin chili it did have Chamoy but barely any Tajín . I was busy with my little one I really didn’t notice until I got into the car and started driving . I wanted to go back but I had a fussy baby in the car . I will never go there . Like I said I been to other ones and they have always been. Full of Ice scream and mango plus tajin all the way to the bottom and top of the cup . not sure what was wrong with her but really stingy also the fruit did not look good and there where fly’s flying inside the ice cream containers . My 7 year old even notice and told me “ wow mom it smells I’n there and they don’t have anything “
Twice I’ve gone and the fruit was old. Once the oranges were off, and yesterday the mangoes were slimey and mushy. I like my Mangoes firm. $10 for a cup of mush.

We took the whole extended family! The employees were so patient with all 11 kids as they continually changed their orders. Everything was fresh and delicious. The menu is so different from anything I’ve ever tried. We will definitely be repeat customers!
