Did a mobile order 15 minutes before closing , order got cancelled once I arrived at drive thru, was told to speak to manager at second window . Manager never came , they told me my order was cancelled and refunded and they couldn’t remake the order because it was exactly closing time.

Our dine-in order took forever to be delivered to us. When it finally arrived, they forgot the water and the napkins. They corrected the mistake by just bringing empty water cups instead of filling them for me. When I asked them why they are coming empty, she replied with they were busy. They care more for their drive-thru customer service than their dine-in customers. On a positive note, their play place is really fun for the kids and my triplets loved it.
Need to fix the hrs if they going to decide to close an hr early wasting peoples time.

Gave me a hard time about asking for one sauce cup with my nuggets. Guy at the window assured me that my 10 piece will come with 2 sauces. When I got home my bag had no sauces.

Went through drive through and they rushed me to order I told them to calm down they continued to rush me I asked again for them to let me look at the menu then when I was ready to order they ignored me for 5 mins finally when they answered they said they were waiting on me to order I said I been saying my code this whole time and saying hello is anyone there multiple times they thought they were funny and then someone else started talking on the mic and started yelling at me to order or we can argue with her. Very unprofessional and ghetto. They should both be fired.
