Horrible service from the manager. Out of respect for the possibility she might have been having a bad day, I wont say her name. Emotional intelligence is crucial in customer service positions. She was very disrespectful and easily irritated at having to correct a very minor issue with ordering. She said she was annoyed because the issue happens all the time and she took her frustration out on her customers rather then training her team to prevent the issue. I pray she becomes better.

Went through the drive through to get my mom an I a drink & when we got to the 1st window; the gal that was working it seemed highly annoyed & rolled her eyes ( maybe it was just a bad day ) but if I was getting paid what she is, I'd act a little more grateful. Just saying

They have a good deal for $5 meal a chicken sandwich or $6 deal for a beef sandwich but you get fries , 4 pieces chicken nuggets and a small drink not bad. I tried it and it's good and you can feed 4 homeless people if you want to help hungry .

I was a bit apprehensive about getting in the drive-thru line since it was long and I was in a time crunch. But the line went quickly and I complimented the server on this.
I was very impressed with the fact that they had my favorite breakfast item at 1021am and the expedience of the service.
Too bad not all McDonald's service are the same, like the new one on Sylvan by Walgreens. I'm convinced they spat in my drink.

Review for McDonald’s #12470 – Ceres, CA
I recently visited this location and was once again disappointed by the service and quality. I ordered a Happy Meal (ketchup and cheese only, extra fries, bottle of water), a double cheeseburger (plain), a regular McDouble, a hot and spicy McChicken (no lettuce), and a medium fry. The total came out to $20.11. I handed the manager at the drive-thru window $25.11, but she only gave me a receipt—no change. When I pointed out the error and showed her that I was due $5, she denied it and gave me attitude before finally handing me the correct change without a word.
As for the food: the McChicken had lettuce despite my request, and the McDouble had ketchup, cheese, and onions—but no mustard or pickles. The burgers were sloppily assembled, with ketchup smeared all over the outside of the buns. This has been a consistent issue every time I visit this location. The food is messy, poorly made, and the staff often come across as impatient and dismissive.
It’s frustrating to see this level of carelessness, especially when customers expect basic courtesy, accuracy, and cleanliness—qualities that should be standard, even in fast food. It seems like the lack of accountability and professionalism starts with the management. I hope this location takes steps to improve both its service and food preparation.

It was so packed for a school fundraiser but our food was ready super fast! I didn't stop to check it until we got home but I was relieved the order was 100% correct. I've had issues at so many other locations with speed and accuracy but my experience at this location was top notch!

I had an amazing experience with this place. After not having McDonald’s for a while, I decided to go to that location, and to my surprise, it was one of the best McDonald’s restaurants I’ve ever been, the staff seems friendly, the food tastes amazing, and the whole restaurant seems to be clean. Definitely will be coming back to that location whenever I go to the Modesto/Ceres area.

Poor everything only wanted 3 hot coffee and they gave us cold coffee asked for hot and they never perked a pit waited 8 min then had to ask for a refund.
