Updated review. This place is blocks from my home, which is why i give them so many opportunities to provide me cheap, mediocre food. At the time, i just want a big mac or nuggets with fries. They always seem to come up short. A few weeks ago, i ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets, my grandaughter was visiting. They delivered 10 pieces. I called them. They said come by, we will give you your other 10 pieces. I told them that my grandaughter was visiting and it was raining, and i didnt want to get her out in the rain. They said fine, next order you make, we will make it right. I said fine. I ordered a week ago on the app again, and called them to give them the opportunity to make it right. They said, no, like i was just trying to rip them off a lousy 10 piece nugget. I gave them my info., they said I would recieve a coupon. Nope, i have not recieved a coupon. The food isnt great, the price isnt cheap, the service is weak, and the orders are more incorrect than correct. I will be going to local Mex., Foster freeze, Bob's take n bake, Panda, local Chinese like Bamboo garden....tastes better, same or cheaper...you get correct orders almost everytime. And they make it right, if it isn't correct. McD's Hatch & Mitchell, no more business from me.

I ordered ahead in the app. When I got there to pick up my order, they told me it was "lost." Instead of giving me what I ordered and paid for, they wanted me to order again and PAY AGAIN. I would be receiving my refund for the mobile order within a day or two!I ordered ahead to save time, that's what the app is for, right? Because of this inconvenience, my children and I were late to our event. My kids would've gone without food if I didn't have money to cover the SECOND order.
