Based on the reviews, Morena’s Taquería serves delicious food with great drinks. The birria de chivo was pretty decent and not bad at all, though some found the meat dry and bland. The home made tortillas were fire and bigger than the plate. The food is great and hot, but the service is lacking; waitresses never check back for refills. The atmosphere feels awkward and unwelcoming, with a dirty floor and tables not ready. The live music was cool but ridiculously loud. The restaurant is extremely overpriced for what you get, with one customer spending over $70 for food for two kids and one cocktail. Despite the poor service and cost, the delicious food and spot-on drinks make it a favorite for some, who will go back.
