Being this spot has recently opened, they can work on their customer service skills. They will see you standing and waiting patiently and will go at their own pace to help you. It's happened every time I've been there. The food; you always have to wait because there's never enough and it needs to be cooked.

Went in today 11/6 for a plate around 950am. Front counter worker tells me she doesn't have change for a 100 bill and I would have to wait around 20 min for her to open the safe. I help her by going next door to break the bill, I come back and she tells me she's thrown my food away and would have to get back in line to re order. Horrible customer service in this location, just read of the rest of the reviews

Favoritism I asked for a fresh peach drink after she just got done doing it for a customer in front of me she told me the one’s sitting out are fresh I said you just did it for the customer in front of me no response I’ll never go back there and I’m reporting it to corporate even though nothing will happen

If you cannot be courteous to customers I think you need to find another job because you are, RUDE!! Get a job where u don't have to pay attention to the customer and that's your best bet. Or better yet go work at McDonald's than u wouldn't have to care about the customer. I'm tired of being treated bad for something I'm paying good money for.

My husband was standing in line with his son after picking up a family meal to get a soda. Staff was very rude and ignored them and helped other guests. Staff definitely needs to have customer service retraining.

The portion sizes for entrees are so bad. I paid extra to get the black pepper steak and only got 3 pieces of meat, 2 pieces of broccoli, and the rest was mushroom. The bowl was as 90% rice. Most of the time when you go in the drive through the service is super slow even when there’s a short line. I wouldn’t recommend this specific location at all.

We were immediately greeted as soon as we entered the establishment. Staff members were genuinely friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and our family meal was quickly put together. Great addition to Ceres!

On Friday at approximately 7:03 PM, I visited your restaurant and encountered an unacceptable level of service. Despite the restaurant being completely empty with no other customers in line, I was left waiting for over 15 minutes while several staff members stood around laughing and joking amongst themselves.

Not only was I ignored, but I also felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected by the lack of professionalism. No one acknowledged me, offered assistance, or attempted to provide service during this time.

As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and attention when visiting an establishment. This experience fell far below those expectations.

Please look into this matter seriously. I would appreciate a follow-up and hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure no other customer is treated in this manner.

Bad service, i placed my order ahead of time to have it ready by the time i get there but they made me wait another 30 minutes for my food, when i finally got my food they didnt even apologize for the delay but yhey blame me for them not having my information.
