“Pretty disappointed with my last order. The pizza was half-cooked and cold, and the brownie was completely burnt. When I asked if they could replace it or refund it, the staff wouldn’t do anything. Seems like the younger employees just don’t care anymore — no effort and no customer service. I’ve had better experiences here before, but this visit was definitely a letdown“

“It is such a joy to come to this place to have lunch. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere couldn't be more pleasant. We drive from Ripon to this location because it is our absolute favorite. Their Italian sandwich is delicious and their bread is out of this world.“

“Today, i've made my first trip to this plaza after moving to Riverbank. As I was walking to my car.I saw above a refreshing image.So I decided to enter the pokebowl.

The first thing that caught my attention when I walked in was the way the staff greeted me. Since I am very picky on the process , the staff was patient and were walking me through all their drinks.To help me choose the right one, I thought it was very helpful and very kind on their part.

However, there was one thing I was very concerned about when I was paying.I noticed that when I was going to select the tip.The young lady skipped through it and when I asked her I didn't get the tip.She says we don't get Tips, I said why not? She mentioned the manager does not give us tips.I was very upset when I heard that.That is the most crucial thing anybody can do is not allow the staff to get Tips, So I went out of my way and gave each girl ten dollars. For the building owner who wants this building, it is not fair for staff not to get tips when they work very hard throughout the day.They work warning shifts and nightshifts and do all the handling preparing the food or making the drinks and it's very unconsiderate of them to not let them get any tips please help me spread So the staff can start be able to receive tips. Shout out to the young ladies who helped me out today may seventh around around 6-7 pm“

“Yes it’s expensive but you get what you pay for. Healthy food isn’t cheap and these guys gotta make money too. The burrito was good, the shake was delicious, everything tasted fresh. Love that they put the macros on all their menu items. If you want cheap go to mcdonalds and get a $6 meal deal.“

“This was my first time to this subway. It was very clean inside the two young ladies that helped us on Easter were very nice and answered a lot of questions about the sandwiches. One of the young ladies even gave us information about the job for our daughter.I went with the chicken teriyaki wrap and and the other was a regular chicken wrap in a meal. I would definitely go back just based on my experience alone.“

“I like their pizza and the coupons I get in the mail. To be honest, if they didn’t send coupons or deals, I probably wouldn’t buy from them because they are expensive. However, compared to other places, I think the quality is worth the price.

Their online ordering service isn’t the best, so I prefer calling to place my orders. I like that I can order over the phone and either pay in the store or have it delivered to my house. One perk about picking up is that you get a free 2 litter soda for orders placed over $20 I believe.“

“This place is truly a must try! We came in from out of town and arrived right when they were closing. Even though they were technically closed, the manager was kind enough to make an exception and let us sit inside and enjoy our meal instead of having to eat in our car. That level of kindness and hospitality meant so much to us.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. You can really tell they care about their customers and creating a good experience. The manager went above and beyond for us, and the amazing staff made the experience even better. We are truly grateful for the kindness we were shown. “First of all food was delicious this Tuesday night. Had the new French onion chard. The best if you ask me. Lobby cashier was so friendly and had such a positive attitude and greeted my party with a smile. Made ordering a great experience. I’m a regular and she’s definitely a new crew member I’m glad they added. Restaurant was clean, although there were a couple flies flying around. Can’t wait to stop by after soccer practice.“
