I've been coming to this specific location for a while for my before school coffee and never had a problem. Recently I've been coming here and there's an employee who is a blonde woman looks late 20's kinda shorter to average hight and pretty skinny that has been very rude to me whenever I would come through the drive thru. All I do is a mobile order and have never said much else to her ever. I normally wouldn't have a problem but when I took my boyfriend here she was absolutely rude to him when she was telling him to speak up and speak slower because of his accent and kept giving dirty looks to him while he was ordering his coffee and sandwhich. He even said she was rude when we were walking out. I can understand the stress of the place because I also work in fast food but being rude isn't ok.

Ok I paid obviously a lot of money for three Starbucks and when I looked at mine it was not full all the way for how much I payed this is just not right at all please this post is to obviously to better the quality of what we’re getting but I doubt that will change but also for all the people getting coffee, check your coffee in the morning they’re gonna rip you off !!!

I don't normally leave reviews nor do I have a singular bad experience that warrants complaint; however, for this specific Starbucks I do. I will preface my complaints by stating that I myself was a partner with Starbucks Co. for about two years. I worked primarily in stores with cafes and drive thru.The past two weeks my partner and I have been mobile ordering for our morning commutes and in these two weeks I have had 4 terrible interactions with the floor staff. I've had a drink stolen (not the mistake of the staff) but immediately afterward was snarked at by a shift leader for standing in the lobby get while waiting for my drink. (not in anyone's way mind you.) I thought this was a weird instance; except the same shift lead had demanded to know what I was waiting around for two separate incidents after that. This would not be a big deal if the shift lead hadn't been so hostile in each instance. Whatever no big deal. Today, however, I went to grab my mobile order which we had ordered over twenty minutes in advance- only two of our items were ready so I decided to wait a bit longer before worrying if someone stole our drink again. I wait 5 or so minutes before asking if they still had the printed ticket for our drink- the barista I asked initially blew me off and two others scrambled to find the ticket. They couldn't- the barista I initially asked returned and knew exactly where the ticket was. (they had stuffed it further behind in the queue for being "too long.") Then as smugly as possible she began to prepare our drink and imply I was being impatient. Except I know the queue order of mobile drinks, cafe, and drive. Drive focuses on drive, while cafe alternates between a full mobile order and a full cafe order respectfully. You never push aside an order for being too long (and too long in this instance was half pumps and a cold foam.) What gets me riled up is that because the barista felt slighted for their own laziness they decided to be passive aggressive to me for simply being a customer. For asking questions and talking to them like a human. Anyways, avoid this cafe location if you can. If you can't, stick to the drive thru.

This is hands down one of the worst SB in Ceres right along with the one over by the old Kmart. Both have the worst CS, very rude employees no matter how nice you are to them & don't even get me started on how both locations always mess up the order. It takes a minimum of 20+ min to even get you're order so you'd think in that amount of time they'd at least get it correct. Then to have to hear the employees talk crap about you & give you attitude when you ask for your order to be re done & correctly is an even bigger slap in the face. Can't understand why they have lobby locked yet still take Mobil orders just so you still have to wait in a drive thru line (takes 30+ min to get through) Charged me on the app for my order yet had to re place my order at speaker cas I was told they never received the mobile order. I showed my mobile receipt at window yet they still wanted me to pay again. I called to speak with the manager the next morning & was placed on hold for 18 min then was pretty much told to piss off. After these crappy situations I started driving all the way to Turlock for my SB, I'm so thankful for the new location at Mitchell & service, they have the best employees, customer service & my order is always correct & literally a 3 min wait time is longest I've waited. Very happy I can get my SB fix without having to drive to another town now. I give Mitchell & Service rd local 5+++stars & both the other locals in Ceres a negative 10 all the way around.

I came to the Starbucks and asked for strawberry acai with no ice. I noticed that I got charged extra for no ice. When I ask the cashier why I was being charged. She inform me that Starbucks charges extra for no ice. I asked since when? She said about 3 months. I said every time I ask for very light ice I get too much ice so, I started to ask for no ice. She accused me of having an attitude. I told her I didn't have an attitude I was just asking why I was being charged extra. I will never stop by this Starbucks again. Customer service is not good she was rude. She was a Latina woman with a name that I believe started with a V wearing glasses and her hair was up. At the location on Hatch Rd and Mitchell in Ceres around 2:24 she said she voided the transaction. I never told her to be voided. I just asked her why I was being charged extra for no ice??I was informed by another customer that Starbucks now charges for no ice, light ice or even when you ask for extra ice,.I really never check my receipt I always charge my Starbucks card. I don't like whip cream I always ask for no whip cream, I'm wondering if they also charge for no whip cream ??Shame on you Starbucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The employees here is super nice and friendly, but the wait time in the drive thru is always a long wait, even when there are only 3-5 cars ahead of you. I'm normally waiting in line anywhere from 10-20 mins.

Drive thru took 10+min - that's wasn't the main issue. My $5+ cold brew cup was 90% ice. Not even exaggerating I took 4 sips and it was gone.Got to my office late and still sleepy since there wasn't any coffee in my ice cup lol smh Looks like it's time to ditch SB and start making my own cold brew at home
