Horrible service, ladies told me i didnt order, and then that maybe it was the wrong location, and then after showing them my email. They said oh someone else picked it up, you have to contact doordash. Except I did the subway app, so they said the person showed them the pick-up order, but it was on app so she was lieing. She refused to give me a refund or the number to the store or help from a manager. Lady completely lost it and started yelling profanity at me after I asked her name... wont ever order from here again
Never had a problem with the Hispanic lady or guy that worked there but now that they swapped over to 2 middle eastern guys the place has gone down hill. Wrong orders, never toasting the bread and they run out of items constantly and if you ask them they just say we have none in the back. Its not worth going there, hope the service gets better soon.

They made a nice sub for me. But they denied the subway offer. They don’t honor their own deals.
The man late 20s early 30s never wants to cook the soup and never answers the phone. my husband has encountered him and now i have and it’s always the same lazy service. Even though im willing to pay extra and wait and it’s 5 hours before closing, a female worker says yes then he comes out and says no. it’s ridiculous i call everytime now because I will go when he working. He is working tonight so looks like im going somewhere else tonight to spend my money.

Never had a problem when the ladies worked here. But since the shift change with the two middle eastern guys, they can’t make a sandwich… I asked for it double toasted and it wasn’t even toasted. I asked for pepper jack cheese they gave me white.. I wanted olives they didn’t even have any, which was upsetting because I always ask for extra olives. And they barely put any spinach which is also upsetting because regardless I’m still paying for it. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, my husband found a hair in his sandwich… my husband went back and one of the guys had the audacity to give attitude. I’m not sure why the change but I liked this place, when the ladies were here. I hope it changes back soon.

The guys weren't bad. The lack of items that were advertised is. Went in for a sandwich they didn't have olives. I was like ok. Sad. I love olives and the whole reason I came so then I wanted the happy Gilmore cup that's advertised right in your face also did not have it. Also 41 dollars for 3 untoasted sandwiches is insane. Go somewhere else for your money.

I ordered two sandwiches online with more pickles, more olives and more onions.I was given one pickle, no olives, and one piece of onion, I called to have a replace or fix, and she told me that more means eight pickles or eight olives. And that they're working by portions. But why does that matter if I got none of that stuff. Didn't like the attitude just added the stuff to the sandwich after driving back 20 min. I even offered to pay extra. Which i'm pretty sure is the same lady that other people are complaining about in their reviews.

There's a huge sign out front that says 24 hours but it's false advertisement because they are not I had to wait in the cold with my kids until they opened and then I was rushed and given attitude although I was the only person in the store and they just opened

Avoid this location! The dead eyed employee watched with amusement while I struggled to pour a drink from their obviously broken drink machine. She didn't help me so I literally ate a salty ass sandwich with no drink. But I guess that's why she makes the big bucks 🙄

Placed an online order today at 9 AM. Only Latino lady working there completely messed up my order. First of all the bread was breaking apart everywhere and meat was cold and then she forgets to make it a deluxe which i had already paid for. She hands me over the sandwich and i ask if she added the extra meat while she has phone to her ear she heats up the meat and hands me the bowl (insult to injury) to put on top of my already messy sandwich and says i forgot. No apology nothing. I half heartedly ate half the sandwich and threw away the rest in the garbage right there. Such dimwits make you hate subway. Nevertheless i am not coming back to this location.

I would give no stars...My daughter and myself went in and got 2 sandwiches and paid over 36 dollars ...nothing else...just that...I'm not a Karen and did not want to make a scene...so I just decided not to go to a subway again...

Did a mobile ordered for a rotisserie chicken sandwich and still had to wait another 20 minutes. Got home and there was barely any Chicken! This sandwhich was $17 I expected a decent amount of chicken on it.

Made an online order. Said it would be ready by 4:30pm. Didn’t get it until 4:50pm. All the people got their food first. No point in having online orders if you have to wait longer then if you would just walk in and order. Lady was nice though.
