The staff here is super sweet! Pleasant, kind and efficient. It's a Subway, it is what it is. It's clean, they are nice and quick. No complaints.

I see reviews about the tips been charged with out authorization, make sure you don't push the button for tips with your knuckles, when you tap the card, I accidentally push the button and added a tip, I told the personal about it and they fix it right away, at the end it was my mistake no the employee since I use the card no them, so check the button of no tips before you pay. Was asked if I wanted the meal with extra meat and cheese for an extra charge I replied " NO that's ok thanks anyways" it wasnt until I got back home an looked at my receipt that's exactly what I was charged (ok my bad) which was almost $20 for a stupid sandwich. So not to mention I was never even given extra meat and cheese to be ok with it nope, to say I got what I paid for was not at all what I got! Total failure of customer service and felt and was literally robbed of a product. I unknowingly was charged after denying the extra product. Wont be going back to this store. The 2 stars was only for the food the worker was untrustworthy and didn't provide a simple task we customers have to rely on...

I ordered online a while ago and was very disappointed with the sandwiches. It took having the $5.99 foot long for me to try this location again without going in to watch them make it. I was pleasantly surprised with how Enecia made the best sandwich! I ordered again a couple of times only to be disappointed. Ordered again, and lucked out and Enecia made them again!!! She is the best!!! Too bad none of the others follow her lead.
