Every time I order something and go to pick it up, they ask me for more and more information to be able to give me my order. I think that one of these days they're going to ask me for my dog's vaccinations or something stupid like that to give me my order.

Ordered on line for a pick up order just to get a call back an hour later that the water was off .. not being able to get my order or money back.. they should get their act together and make sure before accepting orders.

I got my usual boneless meal deal. It's bad enough, I paid $31 because of delivery fees, tips and tax. The fries were cold as always. The boneless chickens were not as good as I would have hoped. I have given this store several hundred dollars easily in the past 4 or so years. Extremely disappointed. Gonna take a long break from your establishment, whether yall care or not. - DF

I had ordered 20 pc boneless WINGS only to receive a 20 pc pop corn chicken. These āboneless wingsā were no bigger than a damn quarter. I wasted my money and when I made a complaint I was told āthe sizes are determined by the storeā. I spent $30 for popcorn chicken. Iām extremely disappointed and will not be returning back to this store due to this being a reoccurring issue.
