One of the worst and small portioned boneless wings I’ve ever had from a wingstop and the night crew sat and laughed after I left I had horrible day and hadn’t eaten since to morning till now on the way home probably never return

I went to pick up my online order today sept 1st. The lady at the register with glasses she didn’t have a name tag. She seemed to be the only girl there. She was very rude. She kept correcting me very rudely. She then said she wouldn’t give me the food due to not have the credit card I purchased with. I have worked for Wingstop and never have we asked for a card. We ask for name or receipt. She finally gave me the food. I checked the bag because I had missing items last time. As she was helping another customer she acknowledged that I was looking in the bag and said “everything’s in there very rude”. As someone that’s worked customers service for more then 10years just because your busy or having a bad day doesn’t mean you take it out on the customers. She’s can gladly go find a new job if she can’t handle the pressure.

Every time I order something and go to pick it up, they ask me for more and more information to be able to give me my order. I think that one of these days they're going to ask me for my dog's vaccinations or something stupid like that to give me my order.

Ordered on line for a pick up order just to get a call back an hour later that the water was off .. not being able to get my order or money back.. they should get their act together and make sure before accepting orders.

They take for ever to get you food ready. I ordered 8 pieces boneless. And it takes 2 hours to make them. That's crazy 😧

I got my usual boneless meal deal. It's bad enough, I paid $31 because of delivery fees, tips and tax. The fries were cold as always. The boneless chickens were not as good as I would have hoped. I have given this store several hundred dollars easily in the past 4 or so years. Extremely disappointed. Gonna take a long break from your establishment, whether yall care or not. - DF
