There were FEATHERS STILL ON MY WINGS. I called the restaurant about my order and was put on hold 4 different times. Every single time I did have a second to speak I had to repeat myself saying “There are FEATHERS on the wings.” Not much could be done because there was no manager present. Absolutely nauseating.

There was two employees over there in the store . The first one was looking pregnant she was cashier might be her name is salary and the other one was the tall guy might be his name is Ahmad , I was standing in front for abt more than 30 mins and they both were just ignoring me . I told her abt my pickup nd she was just ignoring me . Other staff is really nice but these two were the worst employees . Really bad customer experience

Dining in - 25 minute wait for food. There are NO TRASH CANS in the restaurant - the oddest thing - there is nowhere to throw out your trash after eating.

Was wanting to see if they can fix a mistake by getting me boneless wings but instead recieved attitude and no help at all by the manager and cashier very rude not the slightest
The manager Samantha was rude and dismissive the entire time I was trying to order. She kept interrupting me and even walked away while I was ordering. She then placed my order wrong and had to cancel my order to have me pay again so she could fix it.

Be very careful when picking up your order because these people don't check before handing out orders and once you get home you'll find out they handed the wrong order and if you call to let them know they'll make any excuse and give you attitude for what they did wrong.They're very unprofessional.
