Love their basic milk tea and the Jasmine lychee green tea has real lychee pieces inside. Main issue for me has been the wait time for drinks compared to other 85 degrees otherwise it would be a 5

Too hyped pastries not all that great except for the red bean which is $1.75 and custard. The rest are too doughy and chewy.

I got my brother a cake and was extremely dissatisfied, I got the mango creme brulee and it was not good, the mangos were hard and sour, it did not of the consistency of custard like creme brulee, it was more cake and very little cream than anything.....then I tried calling them and the number they have on Google is not a valid number, waste of $33

Love this place! They have such different pastries that you can't get anywhere else and an amazing tea selection. It's self service so it's fun to walk around and look at everything before you choose, very reasonably priced also and my kids love this place! Fun outing for everyone :)

Going to 85 degree bakery in Cerritos is quick and easy. I walked in, picked up my bread, and swiftly went to the cashier. Since it was early in the morning, there wasn't a wait. Only thing I would change is welcoming vibe once I enter, as well as a more friendly cashier. The cashier was straight the point and not very friendly. However, they weren't rude either. Overall I would come again for the delicious bread

Overall a solid 85 location. Workers are nice. The pastries are usually stocked and the drinks are consistent. Unfortunately the muffins are a scam. Avoid them at all costs. The blueberry muffin only has blueberries on top. Not pictured but the chocolate muffin only has chocolate chips on top and not inside.

85* is always a hit or miss for me. When I arrived and the parking lot was very full, we had to park near Aldi in a different lot. When we arrived to 85* it was very packed but the line moved fast. Inside you have a huge selection of pastries to choose from. The inside is very loud so I don't recommend it if you want to do some work in here. What I got: White Chocolate Strawberry bread: Is was so yummy! I believe it is a limited time special since strawberries in season. The filling had a nice sweetness to it which wasn't too sweet and had a perfect balance from the tartness of a strawberry. Thai Tea: This is where I ran into some issues, I usually get the bottled Thai tea but I assume they only have a limited amount for the day and they were out when I got there so I had to get the Thai tea in a cup, unfortunately it did not taste the same and it just taste like milk tea with a hint of Thai tea. I wouldn't get it again next time around. White Chocolate Strawberry Pudding: It was absolutely delicious, it was so creamy and had a nice balance of sweetness. I would definitely get this one again!

I went to a cafe for the first time and ordered a slice of strawberry cake and a tiger boba. The cake was okay but not good enough for me to buy it again. The drink was decent, but the boba was slimy and watery. I have tasted this drink in other shops before and wanted to try it at this cafe, but it was disappointing. I wouldn't visit this cafe again for boba. The service was good, but it took a little longer. The environment was great, and there were a lot of people ordering. I'd like to try their pastries next time.

I could live off of the berrytale pastry if it was allowed. SO GOOD. I will admit I haven't tried too many of their other pastries, but I like to stay with old reliable, no need to branch out if I've found something I really like, right? I have tried the mangotale, as well as the white chocolate strawberry pastry and they are also simply delicious, but I think the berrytale wins. Overall, love this place, the employees and the inside are lovely, and the ambiance feels cozy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is still considering whether or not they should pay it a visit, it's worth it.

On February 11, 2024, I held the 2nd Annual Galentine's Day at my place with my sisters, niece and a few closed friends. Everyone brought something and one of my friend brought the Ube truffles from Cafe 86 in Artesia. When one of sisters, my niece and my friend who brought it ate the ube truffles they all said that something was off-too sugary, not baked well and it didn't taste like what they used to. My friend was so embarrassed so she called Cafe 86 and the owner was very apologetic and embarrassed as well. He then offered my friend a full refund, deliver ube truffles or something else to my house and even offered my friend a gift card but my friend declined the gift card. My friend asked me what I wanted so I told her that I would like to try something else so I ordered 2 ube brazo de Mercedes, 2 ube cracked cheesecake, 1 ube turon and 1 ube tres leches. Today, the owner himself delivered what I have ordered but on top of that he added 2 ube truffles and 1 halo-halo ube cake. That is what you call excellence in customer service. He went way beyond our expectations. Kudos to Cafe 86 and especially the owners- husband & wife.

The drinks are no longer nowhere near as good as they used to be. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and after a few more visits my opinion stands. I'm thinking this is what management wanted. I think they skimp out on the ingredients for the drinks on purpose. It always tastes watered down or it lacks flavor. On the other hand, every time I go to the Westminster location, the drinks are always delicious. Y'all need to do better because you're going to continue to lose customers if you keep this up. I will no longer shell out my hard earned money at this location.
