This place has unique flavor. Don’t let that stop you from coming here. The ice cream is smooth and not too sweet depending on the topping you add on. We got a Dubai pistachio chocolate and cookie monster. We went a Saturday night there was a line but it move quickly. If you want to try different unique ice cream flavors you should stop by.

HOT HOT day to enjoy the ice cream. Happily to get in. Taste is good but easy to melt during the hot days. I rather to stay inside the shop to finish it, but the girl looked at us unkindly asked if I am going to want something else. I was just half way of my single scoop. A minute later then tell me there’s table outside the shop. Well I was gonna buy two buckles of Saigon coffee, but I do not think I would come to this shop AGAIN!

Unique flavors of ice cream. I got the ube brownie and vanilla ice cream topped with mochi pieces it was fabulous. Can also order shakes, milky bun sandwiches, Ice cream bars. They also have merch, pints to take home, and dog friendly ice cream in a separate fridge.

We got different flavored ice cream and an ice cream shake, which were good. However, I'm the one who ordered a sundae, and it was pretty much melted as soon as I got it. It did have chocolate syrup as a topping, but it wasn't hot that I could tell. I started eating it as soon as I got it since the ice cream was melted already. Other than that, it was pretty good.

I will never go there again. I went there today, waited because they didn't open until 2 p.m. which is absurd. My cousin ordered for the kids, and then I ordered. We didn't get to the table good before the ice cream was way too soft and melted too fast. It was a waste of money and I wasn't happy. It was only one person working which was a negative and if the freezers weren't working, they should have stayed closed. Instead of calling this place Afters Ice Cream, it should be renamed Never ice cream because I'm never returning because the service was a zero and you only get two chances with me and my money in a situation like this. When the place first opened, the experience was great, but it has gone down hill.
The only thing missing here is good customer service

My expierence at afters ice cream was terrible from the ants and critters on their unsanitary sticky counter tops to their dirty floors that need cleaning. I just dont know why a shop that has lines out the door can't invest in a mop. The manager is very rude and borderline racist, her workers seem very unhappy working there, I asked for the cookie monster sandwich and one of their workers replied with "bro hold up" and I proceded to wait for 30 minutes just to recieve a melted ice cream with a soggy doughnut. Im disgusted, disturbed, and disappointed by the disservice to there guests. Ps. I need my change back :) #onestarrating

This is the first time my family and I have tried this place in over 4 years of living around here, but it won't be the last! The ice cream flavors are very unique and tasty. I had the Cereal and milk flavor, my kid had the Cookiebutter, and my husband had Lychee chili. The Cookiebutter is 10/10, and that will be mine next time! The Cereal and milk was a 9/10, but only if you add the extra flakes on top, if you don't it would be a one note flavor as the flakes were so finely ground in the ice cream to have any texture. The Lychee chili was a solid 7/10, because it tasted exactly like what it was but sometimes when things are so full of flavor your mouth gets tired or overwhelmed eating all of it. There is no atmosphere or inside tables, 1 lonely table outside. I took off a star because there was a line and only one guy scooping and then ringing us all up, and he wasn't even attempting to speed things up at all, and he should have asked me if I wanted the flakes on my scoop of Cereal and milk since the description said that it comes with both, but after trying to give me my scoop without the flakes on top I asked if I could have the flakes on top in which he replied, "You could." That's not great customer service. You should ask the customer if they would like the flakes on top as that is on the description for that item. Jeez. You know the ice cream is good if you'll still go back after that. Although, there are other locations.....?

Went to this place waited in a long line out the door. A rude employee told us to get out until they finished with the 5 customers they had inside. A few minutes later they let us in we ordered a shake. Took them quite a long time to get it out which is fine it’s busy I get it. I go up to pay for the shake the rude employee tries to charge me for the wrong order. I tell her it’s not my order and then she says yea I know it’s not your order it’s the people behinds you order. She seemed quite annoyed and lashed out. I contemplate whether to cancel the order and walk out. A few minutes later we finally get the shake which wasn’t made correctly. We leave, take one sip of the shake, and it’s sour. I have no plans of returning in the future to this location. Completely abysmal experience.
