The food is tasty, but service is spotty. The robot server is impressive, but it was hard to flag down a human server to request refills on the thin pho noodles during dine-in. The 2% service charge may be removed upon request, but they still did not remove. There is an option for Yelp check-in to get a free herbal tea.
I love the service, the guy there is very nice. The pho is very good and solid especially for the area that it’s in. The appetizers are fantastic specifically the fish sauce fries and overall a solid experience.
Cool vibe nothing crazy. Very clean, the workers here are very respectful and kind. Always welcoming with a smile. I’m happy to give my money away to this place. It’s well worth it.
