Popular place so it was loud and crowded. There are instructions you need to follow if you are wanting to dine in. Stand in line with everyone in your party and place your order at the counter. You will be giving a number for your table and then a waitress will help you find a table for your party. The waitress will bring your food once it is ready. Soda machine is self-serve. My waffles and Katsu were tasty and good portion. I'd like to return to try more from their menu.

Food was good. Family had a variety of items. Teriyaki and Katsu chicken were pretty normal. Chilequillis were tasty although the chips were soggy almost immediately. The banana / mac pancakes were good. Very limited seating so when crowded good luck finding a table. Staff was quick to clean and turn your table at least.

Amazing ube pancakes and Portuguese sausage! I wish there were more space to dine-in as it’s very cramped and competitive for seating.

Mission Viejo Stacks - Terrible Service with an Attitude. Brought us someone else's order twice. Finally correct order showed up. Eggs were delivered first cold. Went to Check on Pancakes 5 Staff Standing Around Talking. Was told Pancakes were coming. After 10 minutes they finally arrived. Other Customers were having Service Problems Too.

Food always hits. This location is a bit more rundown compared to the others. They do have sriracha bottles, unlike the packets that some other locations have (just doesn’t taste right)!

The food was absolutely amazing. I'll definitely be coming back here. We did the loco moco and the fried beef ribs.

Deep fried ribs are fire! Ube pancakes are super soft and just the right amount of sweetnes to compliment the ube flavor

All the food options sounded really good, and the ones I ended up trying were amazing! I got the breakfast burrito with kalua pork. The burrito comes with chips, green salsa, and beans on the side. The green salsa wasn't spicy, but it had a hint of spice as well as really good flavors. I also ordered a side of tater tots and they were perfectly crispy and hot! The ube coconut pancakes were also great tasting. Lastly, I had a lavender latte and it was the perfect balance of flavors. Overall would recommend and will definitely be back to try other tasty dishes in the future.

all I can say is WOW! if you like pancakes, you will love everything here. If you like Hawaiian food, you'll be in heaven. Came for wife's bday and will be back over and over!!!

On the more pricy side but the food was good. The captain crunch french toast with guava is an absolute must have. We also got the moco loco which comes with a choice of hamburger or oxtail, it was suggested the oxtail maybe a little on ther dryer side,so we got the hamburger but let me tell you. This greavy was amazing make sure you ask for extra!

Pretty decent food. Plenty of choices. No wow factor but if you're hungry and want a quick, no fuss meal, this is a choice
