I tried some of Auntie Anne's pretzel bites. There were enough bites in the cup, but lots of sugar & cinnamon, very little napkins. Worth a one-time try, but no plans to return for the price point (~ $8).

Love coming here especially for the perks. Rewards build fast. Can't complain coz u get free pretzels. One thing I wish was on the hot display case are the sweet almond pretzels. Coz we love those. So carb-loading, can't beat coming here.

I understand cooking but the pepperoni pretzels are over cooked burned bottoms when you take it they get hard fast and the burnt taste bad especially for my son who has texture issues with his autism they blame the pan but if they watched the cooking alittle to take them out ahead before they burn product would be better . The other pretzels looked decent but for some reason they need to improve the pepperoni ones whole and bite size .

Yesterday on Christmas Eve, my family and I were trying to get some good pretzels! Then, we were met with rudeness. Nate who was being mean to me, gave me a lot of attitude and then proceeded to talk about it behind my back to his friend. Alec. Please do something the food quality was terrible....
I found my experience at this locations very pleasant! I was in the area for a dental Appointment so I stop by to get my complimentary pretzel. Customer services was great, although my they sold the last of jalapeño pretzel to the guy ahead of me. She offered a different kind parmesan cheese & garlic. I appreciated it. No hassle just a sorry from her end. Now that was an amazing services. I had ventured into another location and didn't quite get the same services. Its refreshing to see a kind person on the other side of the counter especially in this state of the economy. Again, thanks guys for an awesome experience. I would definitely come back here. Highly recommend to all! You made my birthday day worth celebrating..act of kindness! Btw, pretzel was tasty too!

Auntie Anne's Pretzels became popular for me when I was with T Mobile. They had free giveaways every Tuesday and one was a free Pretzel of your choice. I'm not with t-mobile right now but I still go to auntie Anne's for their sugar Pretzels. They're Huge and delicious and the sugar ones only cost around $4.50. It's great to indulge once in a while.
